Even before that advent of reality television and all those ‘reality’ shows, Jewel had to the foresight to tell you to stop that. I have no owned a TV since 2001 and I feel amazing about it. I never watch TV, I get my news and information from the internet, I go to the theater to watch movies, I listen to the radio everyday while I am cooking, working or reading. I never ever watch TV. When my friends say, have you seen that episode of Friends? Simpsons? Idol? Lost? All I can say is no. My life is so much more interesting. Who will save your soul?
