Vancouver skincare line Cherlyn is doing something different. A natural blend means all the ingredients are on a ‘need’ basis and all harsh chemical preservatives are eliminated in the products in this line.

Wit the 3 products, Purifying Cleanser, Clarifying Serum and Bio-Restore Cream, these all natural products will make a huge difference in your skincare routine. I recently received the 3 products in their sample size package in the mail for review and here is what I thought.

Cherlyn Purifying Cleanser with Malic & Tartaric Acid from Citrus Fruits – I liked the smell of this the best and it is fresh and recognizable. The cleanser got off all my makeup but not my mascara. You only need to use a tiny bit because it suds up a lot. I will use for a week and see how my skin reacts!

Step 2: Cherlyn Clarifying Serum with Alpha Hydroxy Acids from Bilberry – This was a bit more watery than I expected but I don’t have a ton of experience with serums. I know that generally they feel a bit sticky if you use too much. It is obvious that Cherlyn put a ton of research and effort into each and everyone of these products.

Step 3: Cherlyn Bio-Restore Cream with Beta Hydroxy Acid from Willow Bark – This reminds me a bit of my favorite Burt’s Bees Night Cream. I think it is the Willow Bark ingredient they both have. I am not a fan of the smell of this but I like the texture, the weight and the quick absorption.

Overall, I like the full-size airless pumps. It looks sleek, high end but also natural. I love the overarching message of this brand which is “love for the self brings us joy, peace and happiness”.

All products are formulated using The Cherlyn Blend containing fruit-derived Alpha Hydroxy Acids from bilberry, sugar cane, sugar maple, orange and lemon, as well as Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), the nutrient form of sulfur.
