What’s one unique thing you do to take care of yourself?
One thing I do to take care of myself is to “Check Your (My) Head” like the Beastie Boys say. I’m big into mental health and therapy. If therapy is something that works with your situation, I highly recommend it. Beating yourself up about the past or being anxious about the future takes you out of the present moment, which is taking you out of reality and feeding the beast (Ego) in your mind. Slay the beast.

As with all good ideas, this one started in the shower. As the founder Adam grabbed that same tired bottle of men’s drugstore body wash, and poured that neon blue liquid into his hand it hit him. “Why am I using a $4 body wash that has more chemicals and words that I can’t pronounce than I care to admit?”
