That day is going to be really special, our community pop up, Shop 702, will take place at Mountain’s Edge Regional Park and we have 14 exciting local makers who will be bringing their goods. Encouraging all the kids to bring their shopping carts and walk around to get goodies and say hello to everyone. The idea behind Shop and Play and this meetup is to create the opportunity to teach the kids what fun an open air market can be. Can’t wait to see all these makers! Tiny Hikes is making every effort to directly impact our community by putting our money back into the community by supporting small (mom-owned/minority/female/creative/art) businesses.

Other firsts planned for March include our first Tiny Night Out for moms! We will be visiting the floral wonderland indoor/outdoor cocktail bar at Red Rock Resort. We will continue with Story time in Spanish and in English, 3 craft days, Busy Bag exchange day, 3 mini field trips and more. The trips will be Exploring St George, Nelsons Landing Ghost Town and Boulder Beach in Boulder City. There are 4 Tiny Hikes planned for this month as well as 6 playground/open play days.  March will wrap up with Tiny Hikers visiting the new Virgin Hotel (old Hard Rock) for the famous Afters ice cream.
