    HCB #46: Buttermilk heaven

    I’m not a big breakfast eater… honestly, I find the whole breakfast routine to be rather tiresome.. I can think of a number of other things that I’d rather do, with that time spent on making breakfast in the morning… just saying. But, I know it’s the most important meal of the day bla bla bla; so I made buttermilk scones. I love making dough 🙂 roll it out to your desired thickness time to cut em out! egg wash those bad boys! you know I’m a sucka for cranberries! I just wake up, warm one up, put some butter on it and I’m gone. 2 minutes tops. Works good…

    After my delish cauliflower balls, I decided it was time to make more; only this time I used spinach!     HCB #43: Cauliflower Ballin!!

    I had some cauliflower in the fridge, and even though I really didn’t want ANY cauliflower, I decided to have a little fun with it. cook em, and mash em! decide how you want em to taste, and then make little balls A quick deep fry, and then finished in the oven they were kinda YUMMY!     Muggy Chocolate Cake

    Bella’s gonna kill me for posting this lol.  This is for all you non Cordon Bleu readers out there! 5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE4 tablespoons flour4 tablespoons sugar2 tablespoons cocoa1 egg3 tablespoons milk3 tablespoons oil3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)A small splash of vanilla extract1 large coffee mug (Microwave Safe)Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well.
