The next time someone tells me to CHILL OUT, I will make them take me to the Big Chill. My absolute favorite summer hangout is the Big Chill on College. It is a ice cream parlour that make their own waffle cones YUM YUM.

They may not actually produce any ice cream (they carry Stoney Creek and Maple Dairy) but The Big Chill is probably the coziest spot to park for a spell. An expansive sidewalk patio is outfitted with benches, kiddie tables and a big toy car. They also offer a full compliment of sundaes, splits, sorbets and toppings. And each scoop is topped with a micro Oreo.
