The National Cowgirl Museum to host Women’s Rodeo World Championship, Champion Breakfast

The National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame is set to partner with the Women’s Rodeo World Championship during Women’s Week May 14 – 20, 2023.

The Museum will be hosting the WRWC Champions Breakfast on Saturday, May 20th for the contestants competing in the WRWC Finals at Cowtown Coliseum in the Fort Worth Stockyards at 1:00 PM.

The Champions Breakfast will be broadcast live on the newly launched Cowgirl Channel on DISH Network 269 and Sling TV.

“We are excited to host our Champions Breakfast presented by RenewGold at the National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame and award bracelets to our fast time athletes in each discipline. There is no better host than being surrounded by the female pioneers of the Western industry. Sharing history, knowledge and fellowship will create an amazing experience for our athletes at this year’s event,” said Linsay Rosser-Sumpter, WRWC Commissioner.

Diana Vela, Ph.D, the Associate Executive Director of the National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame said “The Museum is proud to partner with the Women’s Rodeo World Championships and to host the Champion’s Breakfast.  It is only fitting that this breakfast happens in the only museum in the world that pays homage to early rodeo cowgirls.”

The National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame will be offering full price off admission for contestants and half price off admission for their families during the duration of the WRWC Women’s Week.
