(T.O.) Why I LOVE it: Hey Mr. Greg May
During TIFF, I did a brief interview with Greg May of Greg May Hair Architects; and in that interview he was giving us some info on his new “fully loaded argan oil” line, which smells like orange creamsicle FYI!!
For those of you that haven’t had the pleasure of witnessing my obsession with hair products, let me tell you this. I friggin LOVE them, but only if they offer…BENEFITS! And argan oil, brings the BENEFITS!
Um… as much as I love you guys, I will not be sharing the picturewith my shrunken fro, thank you very much. lol, so this will have to do 🙂Anyway, after speaking with Greg, I was super excited to try out his new line; I even made an exception and used the shampoo. Why was this an exception? Because I don’t like shampoo… whatever don’t judge me! As a kid I hated shampooing my hair, it was just an unpleasant experience. As an adult, I find that nothings changed; except this time it’s not only myself that hates shampoo, but so does my hair. So I usually skip the shampooing stage, and wash my hair with conditioner, before doing a deep conditioning treatment.
Some of the MANY benefits: reduces frizz, adds shine, and increases natural hydration. It also provides a thin, protective coating, that helps protect the hair from damage caused by flat irons, curling irons and blow dryers… WINNER!!
Anyway, Mr. Greg May, TWO THUMBS UP for the “fully loaded argan oil” line! If I had more hands I’d give you double thumbs up with those as well! My hair felt soooo luxurious after… so soft, shiny and it smelled sooo GOOD. So GOOD!

Why I LOVE it: Hair Detention…
So my hair is currently in “detention”. Meaning for the last couple days I have not used heat on it, nor do I plan to for at least another week or so. This means no hair dryer, no curling irons, no NADA! I don’t know about you, but I hate smelling my hair cook, just for the sake of having it straight, so natural it is!
Yay for all the ladies embracing the beauty that is their natural hair!I put my hair in “detention” at least twice a month to keep things in check. Winter is around the corner, and it’s bad enough that I detest cold weather, soooo I need my hair to be soft and healthy, cause who has time for bad hair days when it’s freezing outside?! Not I!
So in order to keep the curls soft, healthy and shiny, I like to use Kids Organics- Olive Oil & Shea Butter Moisturizing Hair Lotion by Africa’s Best. It detangles, restores moisture, prevents breakage and it softens and conditions… WINNER!
Can you see how happy I am? When the hair is happy. I am happy.How do you guys keep your hair healthy during the cold season?

ps: I use a little bit of the Kids Organics, then put my hair in tight lil coils before going to bed every night to get that extra curliness 🙂 (Don’t forget to wrap your hair in a satin wrap EVERY NIGHT.)

Burt’s Bee Herbal Blemish Stick
Lately my skin has been acting crazy and it’s mainly because I went off this briefly, and then of stress from work and then the NY-LA-TO weather changes. It’s been insane. Ew look at my skin -_-
Anyway…. I tried a slew of products including Clean & Clear, Dermalogica, Taiwan yogurt masks, European facials and all kinds of stuff. Nothing has really worked as well as this. Most likely the best $7 you ever spent.
Gimme 2 more weeks and my skin will be back like this! woohoo!
