I just saw this video and I couldn’t stop smiling; let’s not forget the uncontrollable bop that took over my body. I love the video, and I LOVE the message behind the video; the babies are the future, we gotta make sure they stay healthy and have their mind right. Um… Beyonce, that dougie..YES! I’m going to be a total nerd, and “move my body” as often as I can. lol it’s too dope to miss out on. You should do it too 🙂

FYI: Beyonce did this in support of First Lady Michelle Obama’s “Let’s Move!” campaign in an effort to promote healthier living for the kiddies. The kids will love it, and so will the big kids. MOVE YOUR BODY.
