    Erica Giuliani

Shoe lovers and recessionistas rejoice! We learnt to be super creative in the last year because of the economic slump –  believe there’s always an opportunity in midst of disaray. My good friend Blaine pointed me over to this site, he saw it originally on Dragon’s Den.

What a great concept! Removeable accessories to jazz up your shoes and boots.

I am a huge fan of the Suede Fringe ($20)
and the Oval Buckle boot chains ($55) remind me of the DIY I did last summer 🙂

    Totelly FiDM

FiDM has a tote bag design contest for a chance to win $1000!  I probably should have read the contest rules before I designed this… and … I’m not eligible for the contest cuz I am not in high school. BOO.  The idea here is to throw something into the bag from every major offered at FiDM – digital media, textile, jewelry, apparel, interior, footwear, beauty etc…
Oh well, hope you like it!

Jus throw it in the bag

    Banana Pops

I love to buy bananas when they are yellow, not green. But what happens in the last 2 or 3 days, they always get brown and spotty. 🙁 But fret not my little monkeys, I have found a great way to preserve them into chocolate yumminess. Try your best not to be perverted.

    What you need:

    • 3 bananas
    • 6 ice-cream sticks
    • Two 1-1/2 oz. chocolate bars
    • freezer
    • non-perverted mindset
    • 1 tbsp. chopped nuts, crispy rice cereal, granola, or shredded coconut (optional)

    1. Peel the bananas and remove any stringy fibers. Cut the bananas in half, widthwise, and push an ice-cream stick through the cut end of each half. Cover them in plastic wrap and freeze for about three hours.

    2. Place the chocolate bars in a microwave-proof bowl and cook on high for about 2 minutes, or until the chocolate melts. Check after one minute. Stir in the nuts, cereal, or coconut.

    3. Using a butter knife, spread the chocolate mixture over the frozen bananas to coat them completely. Rest the pops on a plate covered with waxed paper and freeze until ready to serve. Makes 6 pops.

Nutrition plays a vital role in love and lovemaking. The quality of our diet has a great deal to do with the quality of our sex. Many nutritious foods can stir libido, revive sexual function and enhance overall health, especially when served up in a sensual way. I read that here.
