    Wellness Week 2012

    From today until the 25th is #WellnessWeek, brought to you by @spafinder. Wellness Week is a time for all Americans to look and feel their best by participating in spa events and pledging take charge of your health.You can take part in National Wellness Week by:

    • Visiting one of the 725+ participating spas, gyms, studios, and other business and receive either half-price or $50 deals on services or classes (depends on the location)
    • Attend a Wellness Week event in a city near you. Many places are holding free events ranging from Spa Beauty Night Out at the Spa at the Mandarin Oriental (Washington, D.C and Miami) to a Walk Sexy and Pain Free Class at Yamuna (New York) to A Day of Free Yoga at Akasha Yoga(Vacaville, CA). Find an event near you here.
    • Take a Wellness Week Pledge by taking seven steps that you create yourself to take charge of your health and become a better you. Steps can include, but are not limited to, changing your breakfast, choosing to walk instead of driving or the elevator, and drinking a glass of water before each meal. If you choose to do the Wellness Week Pledge you can:
