Pupgrade Your Dating Life

Dec. 16 – NEW ORLEANS – Dig’s getting over-howl-ed. Wednesday, the dog person’s dating app released a full upgrade featuring new ways to connect with single dog-lovers and celebrate dog-forward lifestyles.

Dog-lovers can meet using new features like the digital dog park, where daters can connect before matching, and share dog stories and videos. They can add dog tags highlighting your pup like “influencer” or “hypoallergenic,” and much more.

“We redesigned Dig to give daters more ways to showcase their pup’s personality,” said Dig Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer Casey Isaacson.

The Dig founders usually encourage daters to get off the app and meet in person to introduce dogs as early in the relationship as possible. Now, the new Dig features will help daters do that while staying home.

“During COVID, some daters have tried staying two leash-lengths apart when going on walks or have been going to the dog park on dates. Many others, however, are staying home with only their dogs for company,” said Dig Co-Founder and CEO Leigh D’Angelo. “Dig now offers daters at home a unique opportunity to connect with a dedicated community of dog-lovers on the app or from their computers.”

The Dig upgrade with a new layout, new features, and VIP subscription plans released on the App Store, Google Play, and on DigDates.com Wednesday, December 16 for all Dig subscribers and new users.
