Event LOVE: Skinnygirl Summer Social Tweet-Up #SkinnyGirlTO
What can I say about the Skinnygirl event last night…? I had too much fun. I don’t know if it had something to do with the weather, the Skinnygirl cocktails, the people and/or the yummy hors d’oeuvres, but I had a blast! Â A number of us gathered at the Drake Hotel on queen street for the Skinnygirl launch tweet-up party where we got to try the new lineup of Skinnygirl cocktails. I tried the entire lineup of Skinnygirl cocktails, but once I tried the Skinnygirl Sangria, that was my drink for the rest of the night… so good!

Event LOVE: #FordBlue Party @FordCanada
Spent Friday night at the Ford Blue event, and had an awesome time! I loved the cars, the food was to die for, and the DJ… DJ Jr Flo was killing it!! We danced, and laughed the night away as we celebrated the unveiling of the new Ford 2013 Escape, Shelby GT500, Taurus SHO, and the Focus ST… oh man it was some serious fun times!

From Exams to Wine Tasting
One minute I was writing a marketing exam, and the next, I was steady sipping on many good california wines. I stuck to whites for the sake of not overloading myself with wine on an empty stomach, and found many that I enjoyed. I tried a Zinfandel that I liked, but then again I’ve always Zinfandels are easy to drink.
I’m slowly learning more about wine, and what kinds of wines I like. I used to love really sweet whites, but realized that they only gave me the worst headaches, so I’ve switched to semi-sweet whites, and remain loyal to a rose, and a good Gewürztraminer. Happy to add more California wines to my list!
