    HCB #13: Hoe Cakes

    It was a nice day out, and I wanted something fresh, but still savoury… so I decided to make a Hoe Cake pita, stuffed with greens, tomatoes of course, cucumbers, left over pork, and a homemade bbq sauce… mmm nom nom nom.
    All you need…

    Mix em’ all up! Some people use eggs in this recipe, I chose not to 🙂
    Make sure you whisk out all the lumps and ish!

    Happily cooking in some clarified butter…
