New OCC Cosmetics Colour Pencils come in an awesome range of Lip Tar matching shades!  I love the white pencil because it really makes the colors pop!  I can’t wait to try Hoochie, Anime and Tarred. These core colors are of my everyday makeup wardrobe and will be so useful. I have yet to test them out so I can’t speak of the wear and softness but I know that if it is like everything else from OCC, I will love it.
