KETO CHOCOLATE SMOOTHIE
- 1 can coconut milk, full-fat
- ¼ cup egg white protein powder
- 2 Tbsp. chia seeds, ground
- ½ tsp. SweetLeaf® Liquid Stevia Vanilla Crème Sweet Drops®
- ⅓ cup 85% cocoa dark chocolate, chopped
- 2-3 cups ice
In a blender, combine coconut milk, protein powder, chia seeds, and Vanilla Crème Sweet Drops. Blend in chocolate until smooth. Blend in ice cubes until mixture is well combined.
ONE MINUTE FUDGE COOKIE (LOW CARB AND KETO)
- 1/2 tsp. SweetLeaf® Liquid Stevia Chocolate Sweet Drops®
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 Tbsp. almond flour
- 1 tsp. instant espresso
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/8 tsp. or pinch of salt
- 5 oz. sugar-free chocolate bar, chopped
Put butter in a microwavable bowl or ramekin. Cook 30 seconds to melt.
Stir in the cocoa, almond flour, espresso, salt, and stevia. Combine well. Taste and adjust sweetener if needed. Add in the remaining ingredients. Stir well.
Microwave 1 minute. Allow to cool a few minutes and enjoy!
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an oven-safe ramekin or bowl.
Melt butter. Stir in the cocoa, almond flour, espresso, salt, and stevia. Combine well. Taste and adjust sweetener if needed. Add in the remaining ingredients. Stir well.
Bake for 15 minutes. Cool slightly then enjoy!

Sweet tooth recipes
STRAWBERRY CREAM CHEESE PASTRIES
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 ½ cup unsalted cold butter
- ½ cup cold water
- 1 cup strawberry jam
- 3 packets SweetLeaf® Stevia Sweetener
- 1½ cup cream cheese, softened
- Sugar-free vanilla syrup, to taste
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Pastry: Combine flour and salt. Add cold butter. Stir in cold water until thick dough forms. Shape dough. Chill in the fridge for one hour. Fold pastries as desired.
Filling: Mix cream cheese, strawberry jam, SweetLeaf Stevia, and syrup with electric mixer. Add filling to center of dough and fold in.
Bake 30-35 minutes or until golden brown on top.
VEGAN SALTED CARAMEL COCONUT ICE CREAM
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1 can coconut milk
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 2 tsp. tapioca starch
- ½ tsp. xanthan gum
- ¼ cup coconut butter
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. soy milk powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla powder
- 2-5 drops SweetLeaf 2-oz Liquid Stevia
Whisk everything together except the salt, maple syrup and coconut butter. Bring mixture to a boil, then let it cool and thicken. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate, making sure a skin doesn’t form.
Mix together the coconut butter, maple syrup and salt.
When ice cream base is chilled, pour into an ice cream maker and churn for 30 minutes.
With the ice cream maker running, add the coconut caramel mixture and briefly continue to churn so that coconut caramel streaks are visible throughout the mixture.
Remove from ice cream maker and store in freezer. Serve on a cone with almond butter drizzle and shredded coconut.
- 3 Tbsp. SweetLeaf® Organic Stevia Extract
- 1 cup dry milk powder
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder, to taste
- 3-4 tsp. instant coffee, to taste
- 2/3 cup powdered Coffeemate Sugar Free Creamy Chocolate non-dairy creamer
For Each One-Serving Drink
- 4 oz. 2% milk
- 2 Tbsp. chocolate syrup
- 1 cup ice cubes, more as desired
Blend all Dry Mix ingredients together and store in a plastic container.
(Enough for approximately 10 servings.)
For Each One-Serving Drink
Put milk into a blender. Add chocolate syrup and approximately 3 Tbsp., slightly rounded, of dry ingredients. Add ice cubes.
Blend until smooth and serve!
