The best part of Christmas started yesterday! June came to spend the holidays in New York and when we went downstairs and I found a free Christmas tree just down the street.  The sign said “Free Christmas Tree – Happy Holidays”. How amazingly lucky for me.

What a great surprise seeing it was already the 23rd!
I ate the last of our animal crackers and used the bear and filled it with weights to make a very sturdy base for our tree.

I took the September issue of Vogue and started decorating our tree.
