    Whats Your Forte Presents: Soul Food @ Tota

    Culinary artist Adrian B.Forte (Whats Your Forte?) and Bryan Butler (Massive Catering) served an amazing dinner last night at Tota (592 Queen Street West). Check out the team that created all these amazing dishes!


    Appetizers were either a choice of cornbread or mac and cheese, both with lots of cheese and flavor. Delish! and super cute too!

    YUM! I can’t even begin to tell you how amazing this fried chicken was. It was just slightly dusted and deep-fried with an amazing house sauce that tasted like heaven! I had this with coleslaw and the Bayou salad!

    Lastly, the Georgia peach dessert wasn’t too sweet — the perfect ending to this delicious meal!

    A big o’l quarter piece of boneless chicken lightly dusted & deep-fried, topped with house sauce

    Memphis sole

    Blackened pan seared Sole in a plethora of herbs & spices with sautéed vegetables

    100% Certified Angus Beef ® short ribs, grilled to perfection & tossed in homespun savoury chocolate BBQ sauce

    Over-roasted Poblano peppers stuffed with an assortment of mushrooms

    Georgia peach

    Sweet & succulent Georgia peach slices topped with buttery whole grain oats & graham cracker crust, finished with in-house whipped cream
