36 Hours in Geneva
I left New York last Saturday for a 3 day trip to Geneva for my 2nd beauty workshop with STURM und DRANG. I was among 12 beauty experts from across the globe to come share our view point on product development, marketing concepts and injecting personality into a classic brand that is in the midst of planning a major comeback.
The case study includes a hair care brand with heritage, a real fan following, superior formulation but a dated brand concept and in need of a new story to tell.
For my creative day, I wore Silence & Noise Asymmetrical Tank Top from Urban Outfitters, Cebu Pants from TNA Aritzia and my Mease Neon Pumps from Aldo
The Geneva skies were stunning! This is right before the summer rainstorm
We spent a full day 8:30am-6:30pm at the Landor offices for a lot of creative pow-wowing and eating snacks of course
Part of the group includes hairstylist and salon owners from Milan, Munich, Paris and London
We had a visual recorder draw everything we were discussing.
Here are some fun things I saw in Geneva.
My funky hotel room
Cool American Doritos
Popcorn Snax
The Mont Blanc!
Swiss Army Knives
Pastries of all sorts
Giant Chess in the park
BMW Mopeds
Single person car (Smaller than SMART CAR!)
Ham and Cheese flavor chips
yummmy!
Free poo bags for dogs!
Overall Geneva is a beautiful (and expensive) city + you can see the rest of my photos HERE.
