Brooklyn Cloth, a Fast Fashion Line for Men that Won’t Break the Bank

Thinking of where the cool stuff comes from in East Coast, I guess my first answer would be Brooklyn. Yes, a very artistic and young area in New York. I lived in Brooklyn for over a year, and I definitely enjoyed the culture and fashion at there. I want to introduce Brooklyn Cloth, a fashion-forward line in the “fast fashion” junior’s market, co-founded by Daron Jacob while working with Urban Outfitters and Tilly’s. Jacob noticed many of the men’s products in the mass market were too pricy, so he created fresh designs for a low price point with Brooklyn Cloth.

Created to fit the laid-back, yet distinguished individual that roams the boroughs of New York City, the design team mirrors this demographic and lifestyle. The energy and attitude of bustling streets and the vibes of the East Coast are woven into the fabrics of the garments, giving off an authentic, pure aesthetic of this unique lifestyle. The makers design their own fabrics, beginning from the yarn level— focusing on items such as Joggers, Shorts and tees using Space Dye and Snow. Jacob notes, “We are focused on the Gen Z consumer. Someone who is not defined as one fashion or style but likes to change up their looks depending on their mood.”

Brooklyn Cloth® is a men’s & kids lifestyle brand that is inspired by the New York surf and skate scene. Created to fit the laid-back yet distinguished individuals that roam the boroughs of New York City, both men and kids alike. This is directly influenced by their design team whom mirror this demographic and lifestyle. The energy and attitude of their bustling streets and the vibes of the East Coast, are woven into the fabrics of their garments giving off an authentic, pure aesthetic of this unique lifestyle.

She’s the baddest. Do you even need a reason? The best part is that she still uses myspace ^_^  She is really a Virgo and I can tell just via her Tweets. Get at her.

I go by the name of Jackee Yo. I am an forever changing/learning Muslim. Allahu Akbar! However, I keep my spirituality and lifestyle separate. Raised in the good ol’ 11203; aka Brooklyn. But I’ve learned alot in Toronto, Canada; where I currently am enrolled in full-time education (1 MORE YEARRR!!) and a part-time supervisor that pays the bills pretty well. Once upon a time, I didn’t think it was possible, but I don’t leave anywhere without my Blackberry(thanks Shafajoy). I listen to mad mixtapes, hip-hop and r&b and reggae songs. I have a very eclectic taste in life. Straight Virgo traits. 2oo8 was a beautiful year, ups and downs but it was in Allah’s will. Only He will know what the future holds for us. If you don’t already have it, hit me up on aim Ladyj2317 or follow me on twitter @iheart_jackeeyo
