    Summer Party Cocktail Recipes with Sparkling Ice

    Summer is almost here, I guess you are searching for some summer party recipes. No matter it is for a big friends group party or just a party by yourself, it’s all fine, all you need is a glass of good drink! Sometimes, a good cocktail doesn’t need a lot of ingredients. What you need is pretty simple, but at least, you should have a bottle of Sparkling Ice by hand!

    Spicy Sparkling Margarita

    INGREDIENTS

    2 parts Blanco Tequila
    ½ part Cointreau
    3 slices of Jalapeño pepper
    Juice of 1/8 lime
    1 ½ parts Sparkling Ice Lemon Lime

    Lola’s Lavender Lemonade

    DIRECTIONS
    Shake Tequila, Cointreau, lime juice and peppers with ice. Pour into rocks glass with salted rim and lime wedge. Top with Sparkling Ice Lemon Lime.

    INGREDIENTS

    1 bottle Sparkling Ice Classic Lemonade
    Fresh lemon juice
    Honey
    Lavender syrup (homemade or store-bought)
    Dried lavender flowers, for garnish
    Lemon slice, for garnish

    DIRECTIONS
    Fill a glass with ice. Add Sparkling Ice Classic Lemonade until almost full. Add honey, lemon juice and lavender syrup to taste. Stir to combine. Sprinkle with dried lavender flowers and garnish with a lemon slice.

    Pomegranate Margarita

    INGREDIENTS

    2oz tequila
    2oz pomegranate juice
    1oz lime juice
    1oz simple syrup
    Sparkling Ice Classic Lemonade
    Vanilla flake salt rim, for garnish
    Lime wedge, for garnish

    DIRECTIONS
    Rim glass with a lime and dip into salt, fill glass with ice and set to the side. In an ice filled cocktail shaker, combine tequila, pomegranate juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and shake. Strain into glasses and top with Sparkling Ice Classic Lemonade, stir lightly to combine. Garnish with a lime wedge.

    Cranberry Ginger Mockmosa

    Get in the holiday spirit with this festive mocktail made with Sparkling Ice Cranberry Frost.
    INGREDIENTS

    4 oz orange juice, chilled
    3 oz Sparkling Ice Cranberry Frost
    Orange peel

    DIRECTIONS
    Grab your champagne flute, add chilled orange juice, and Sparkling Ice cranberry frost. Garnish with an orange peel twist.

    Orange Mango Sunrise

    INGREDIENTS
    Ice
    1 lime wedge|
    1 oz tequila
    1 oz triple sec
    Sparkling Ice Orange Mango
    1 orange slice

    DIRECTIONS
    In a cocktail shaker, muddle orange and lime slice. Add tequila, triple sec, and ice and shake. Pour into a margarita glass and top with Sparkling Ice Orange Mango. Garnish with an orange slice and serve.

    Beetology Zinger

    3 oz. Beetology Beet + Lemon + Ginger

    1.5 oz. Gin

    Candied ginger and lemon peel garnish

    Directions

    Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add Beetology and gin.

    Shake until chilled, strain and garnish with a lemon peel and candied ginger.

    Bourbon Beet-It

    3 oz. Beetology Beet+Cherry

    1.5 oz. Bourbon

    1 dash bitters

    Spiced Cocktail Cherry (recipe below) or your favorite store bought maraschino cherries

    Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add Beetology and bourbon.  Shake until chilled, strain and garnish with a cocktail cherry.

    Cocktail Cherry Recipe

    ½ cup sugar

    ½ cup Beetology Beet + Cherry

    1 stick cinnamon

    ¼ tsp. ground nutmeg

    Pinch of salt

    1 cup Bourbon

    1 pound stemmed and pitted cherries

    Directions

    In medium saucepan, combine sugar, Beetology, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Bring to a low simmer, stirring until sugar is fully dissolved. Remove from heat and add bourbon, and stir to combine.  Add cherries and stir until coated with syrup.  Let cool to room temperature and then refrigerate before serving.

    Berry-Beet-a-rita

    3 oz. Beetology Beet + Berry

    2 oz. Silver Tequila

    ½ oz. lime juice

    Directions

    Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add Beetology, lime juice and tequila.  Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds, and serve in a glass with or without salt.

    Beety Bloody Mary

    4 oz. Beetology Beet + Veggie

    1/2 tsp. grated horseradish

    2 dashes Worcestershire sauce

    1 dash hot sauce (more if you want it extra spicy!)

    2 oz. Vodka

    Celery stalks for garnish

    Directions

    In a tall glass, add Beetology, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce, stir to combine.  Add ice to fill the glass, vodka and stir.  Garnish with celery stalk.

    Tropical Beet-a-colada

    4 oz. Beetology Beet + Tropical Fruit

    2 oz. coconut cream

    2 oz. dark rum

    2 oz. coconut rum

    1½ cups ice

    Pineapple slice for garnish

    Directions

    Put the ice, Beetology, coconut cream and rums into a blender. Blend until smooth and frosty. Pour the drink into 2 glasses and garnish with pineapple slices. Makes 2 drinks.

    Guacamole:
    2 Chile serranos (seeded and deveined)
    1/2 onion

    Two easy-to-make cocktail recipes with Cabrito Tequila

    This year, National Tequila Day falls on a Monday. But that’s not a bummer, the truth is that there’s no wrong time to enjoy tequila! High temperatures across the country may be enough excuse to sip on some refreshing cocktails with moderation. To help you celebrate, below you can find 2 great cocktail recipes created by the Cabrito Tequila family. 

    Remember that if you want to make great memories, all you have to do is start with some tequila.

    Purse Strings

    Ingredients:

    • 1 ½ oz Tequila Cabrito Blanco
    • 2 oz Grapefruit juice
    • ½ oz Cinnamon Syrup (Monin or house-made)
    • ¼ oz Lemon Juice
    • ½ oz Kombucha (Synergy Trilogy)

    Directions:

    1. Shake and strain tequila, syrup and juices over fresh ice into a rocks glass.
    2. Top with Kombucha and gently stir.
    3. Garnish with grapefruit wheel* (if desired) and grated cinnamon.

    *Citrus can be dehydrated by slicing into wheels and placing into a 200-degree oven on a wire grate for 2-3 hours.

    Two Cents

    Ingredients:

    • 2 oz Tequila Cabrito Blanco
    • ¾ oz Lime Juice
    • 1 oz Honey Habanero Syrup*
    • 2 drops of Orange Flower Water
    • Maldon Sea Salt (to rim the coupe)

    *Dilute one part water with one part honey and stir to incorporate. Chop one habanero pepper into quarters and add it to the honey water syrup for 15 minutes. Remove peppers and store syrup in a sealed container.

    Directions:

    1. Shake and strain all ingredients.
    2. Garnish with a lime.

    With Spring upon us, I’m excited to share some delicious Peroni infused cocktails to celebrate the season. Shawn Shepherd, mixologist at Palihouse West Hollywood, has put together the below – perfect for those looking for a refreshing drink that still incorporates the desired beer taste.

    THE GOLD RUSH

    Peroni Nastro Azzurro

    2 Figs

    ½ oz. Honey Syrup

    ½ oz. Lemon Juice

    Dash of Walnut Bitters

    Lemon Peel

    In a cocktail shaker, muddle Figs with Honey Syrup, add Lemon Juice and ice and shake vigorously. Fill tall glass with new ice and add Peroni gently, add 3 drops Walnut Bitters (or Angostura), garnish with lemon peel.

     

    AMARO AL FRESCO

    Peroni Nastro Azzurro

    1 oz. Aperol

    ¼ oz. Fernet Branca

    ½ oz. Dry Vermouth

    Orange Peel

    In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients with ice except Peroni and shake vigorously. Fill tall glass with new ice and add Peroni gently, strain ingredients over Peroni gently and garnish with orange peel.

     

    CAPRI MEETS MANHATTAN

    Peroni Nastro Azzurro

    ½ oz. Sweet Vermouth

    Bar Spoon Cynar

    Bar Spoon Balsamic Reduction

    2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

    Luxardo Cherry

    In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients with ice except Peroni and shake vigorously. Strain ingredients into a chilled cocktailglass and top with Peroni gently, garnish with Luxardo Cherry.
