    Sunny Shades

For a crazy sunny day such as today, I definitely wear my sunglasses – even at night.

J.S Boathouse was inspired by a reflection on a beach in Miami. It was in South Beach Miami. Justin of J.S Boathouse recalls “a reflection on a pair of my friends sunglasses of a magnificent palm tree on the back drop of a beautiful sunset. This led me to thinking that it would be awesome if I had a pair sunglasses with a similar image permanently on the lens. The thought consumed me and I proceeded to aggressively search the internet for months. I couldn’t find a product that was even close to what I had been imagining. So I decided I would have to make it myself. My idea evolved from landscapes to cityscapes to patterns.”

What an awesome idea!! These shades are also great because people can’t really see through them so you can hide those mysterious thoughts or yours.

These shades give a fun and exciting vibe and can definitely liven up a party. Wearing them to the beach is always a hit or poolside with a mojitos works too. If you’re not interested in attracting and meeting people they may not be what your looking for. It takes a certain kind of sand to rock J.S Boathouse Eyewear. The HEYDOYOU kind.
To get your own J.S Boathouse sunglasses check them out!

    Comme des Garcon + Beatles

Rei Kawakubo, so much more than a bag designer

Rei Kawakubo founded Comme des Garcon, the anti-fashion, austere, sometimes deconstructed garments fashion line. You know, the heart cardigan that Kanye and Drizzy rock. She did a H&M collabo back in 2008. Remember?

For Rei Kawakubo’s hotly anticipated collaboration with The Beatles, the apple didn’t fall far from the tree… Yes please 🙂 I love bags that are interesting because they are great conversation starters. BUT I’m just wondering if everything slides to the slant when you carry this bag. Ummm. I am all about optical illusions but I wouldn’t want to be a banana squished at the bottom of this apple bag.

Kawakubo respected Sir Paul McCartney’s request that none of the bags be made of leather, so all pieces feature printed PVC or embossed polyurethane. Items in the line will sell for $115 (for a t-shirt) to $860 (for a higher-end bag), and they’ll start selling at the Trading Museum in Tokyo on Nov. 20.  You want one?
