    • 2 tsp. Refined Coconut Oil

    Gotta-have-it Almond Butter Cups

    Directions:

    1. Pour chocolate chips & almond butter into two separate microwave safe bowls

    7. Top each almond butter cup with a dollop of chocolate (liners should be 2/3 full)

    8. Place plate full of almond butter cups in the freezer overnight until set

    9. Store in freezer – take out 5 minutes before eating

    Ingredients

    1 cup Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
    1 1/2 cups PBfit
    1 tsp vanilla
    3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
    water

    Directions

    1. Place oil in a medium-size bowl and microwave for approximately 1 minute. Stir in PBfit and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Add powdered sugar one cup at a time. Add water if needed. Stir until smooth.Directions
