Last week I was so lucky to attend the Purina Better with Pets Seminar.  The line up of speakers talked about all facets of lifestyle and how pets improve our well being. Purina Hosts First-Ever Better With Pets Summit to Showcase Positive Relationships Between People and Pets Daylong event featured 16 dynamic speakers and presenters, including animal welfare advocate Beth Stern, Veterinarian Dr. Marty Becker and Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian

The event was held in New York City and featured 16 speakers, including academics, pet behavior experts, performance artists and scientists. My favorite by far was Dr. Arleigh Reynolds who spoke about this dogs in Alaska. He spoke about training, breeding, exercising and diet for his champion racing dogs. It was so touching to see how this vet’s research project turn into a heartwarming and incredible story for his whole family and Alaska.

The venue was filled with various journalist, pet media and bloggers.
