Get TIFF glam with The Stylist Suite
It’s TIFF season again, and this year celebrities are invited to The Stylist Suite for exclusive pampering at The Trump Residences. Connecting Canadian designers with to celebrity stylists and personalities, The Stylist Box makes sure to get the top emerging Canadian brands their moment of fame on the red carpet. Open from September 9-12, 2015, you’ll be sure to catch some eye candy going in and out around Bay and Adelaide. Keep your eyes peeled for celebrity sightings!

list Suite is partnering up with Beauty Gives Back, the charitable initiative of the beauty industry behind the incredibly successful cancer support programs Look Good Feel Better and FacingCancer.ca. Visiting celebrities are asked to sign a five foot tall Big Love Ball, which will be later auctioned off at the charity’s annual fundraiser, Mirror Ball in November.Partnered with ReservedX, this fancy venue takes place in a stunning 5,000 square foot penthouse located on the 56th floor. How’s that for a view of the Six?
Designers participating this year include Andrew Majtenyi, Daymor Couture, Hilary MacMillan, Huntington, Ryan Alexander, and Zarucci, with accessories and fine jewellery from Atelier by MMCrystal, Caroline Neron, and Huntress. Visiting male celebrities will be outfitted by Finezza – Au nom de l’Homme with shoes and accessories by Parc City Boot Co. and jewellery from Neron.
Of course the Toronto-based womenswear line Narces is here, already famous with its many sightings on the red carpet. I even spotted the gorgeous gown Game Of Thrones star Maisie Williams wore to a London screening.
In terms of entertainment, there was a ping pong table provided by our lovely friends at SP!N Toronto and a selection of Niagara wine (unavailable at the LCBO). Definitely try out the online services at Pour Niagara for your next ladies night in.

Event LOVE: @Swarovski Fashion Suite #SwarovskiRedCarpet
We got to attend an exclusive sneak peek of the Swarovski Fashion Suite, about a week ago and it was pure crystal heaven! The suite featured one-of-a-kind couture creations, the Bond 50th Anniversary collection, as well as the Kingdom of Jewels Fall/Winter 2012 collection. It was super hot and humid outside, but once I walked into the Swarovski Fashion Suite, I instantly cooled down, or maybe it was because I was too distracted by all the beautiful crystal pieces to care that I was dripping with sweat… whatever the case may be, the only thing on my mind was taking in all that crystal goodness. We sipped on prosecco and snacked on canapé’s while resisting the urge to jack a few of the pieces that were on display… beautiful torture.

Contest: FILA T-shirt Design
Hey all!
Fila has just launched a new and exciting contest giving Heydoyou readers the chance to design a limited edition T-shirt for the stars!Celebrating its 100th anniversary, Fila announced their T-shirt design contest.
You can submit your imaginative T-shirt designs through Fila Canada’s Facebook page. The deadline is June 30, then the public will vote for the top 10 designs and Fila Canada will choose the grand prize winner on July 11.
You can submit your creation and get all your friends to vote for their favourite design. The winning T-shirt will be on display and gifted to celebrities and VIPs during the Toronto Film Festival, at the IT Lounge-a charitable gifting suite that has past welcomed stars such as Olivia Wilde, Ryan Gosling, Edward Norton, Jennifer Garner and Kardinal Offishall. The winner will also win exclusive access to attend Fila’s IT Lounge suite and see their design on display and on celebrities. Imagine that! Seeing sexy Ryan Gosling wearing your designs! TIFF 2010: HeyDoYou x Diet Coke Social Media Influencer
So to continue the TIFF-ivities, Yvonne and I passed through the Diet Coke Social Media Influencer event; and we had so much FUN! You could tell by all the twit-pic-ing that went on that night, that we truly were having a blast! Bumped into lots of familiar faces, met some new people and loved them right away! It was awesome!
There was lots of food, an open bar (YEAH!), complimentary hair and make-up for the ladies, good people, lots of diet coke, and so much more stuff I’d love to mention; but you’d only be jealous 🙂 (I kid I kid… it’s true though he he he)
you guys did an awesome job taking care of us!After some drinks, grubbing, and memory capturing (pictures lol), they loaded us into this big ass limo and took us over to the Elgin Theatre for the Visa Screening of, Route Irish. I think we caused quite a stir (a good one of course) while waiting to go inside the theatre lol, lots of laughing, hugging and picture taking!
I digress; Route Irish? Omg, such a good movie; even though it left me feeling pretty sad, it was VERY WELL made. Shines such a bright light on human greed… a definite must see.

TIFF 2010: decked in leather… Danier x Raphael Mazzucco

Danier has collaborated with artist/photographer Raphael Mazzuco for F/W 2010-11; so we hit up Brassaii of King street, for a preview of the collection!!
