Fall Favorite: Masque Bar by Look Beauty

Fall Beauty Finds — Freshen Up Edition!
Last weekend I took an end of summer vacation to St. Petersburg, Florida. Although I love being out on the beach all day, I am usually in need of handy products to freshen up with. For this trip I was prepared and took a few things with me for that very purpose.
Swipe deodorant wipes are small but get the job done! These came in very handy on the morning I decided to go for a four mile run then hit the beach right after. Made with natural tea tree extract this was the perfect item to help me feel clean and refreshed after my run. They are very small and discreet and can fit into any purse, gym bag, or beach bag. The wipes are also soft and smell great.Next up on the list are C.O. Biegelow’s MENTA body lotion and MENTHA foot lotion. I mentioned their mint oil lip balm in a previous post, which I love, these products are very similar but can be used all over the body. The lotion was the perfect cooling treat after a long day in the sun. The mint oil is great at refreshing the body and leaving you feel energized. Vitamins A, C, and E are added incentives that nourish the skin. The foot lotion is utter perfection after walking in skin drying sand. My feet literally drank the lotion that is fortified with aloe and mint. It goes on smooth and cooling like a gel and is light with no greasy residue. I recommend keeping both of these in rotation anytime you need to feel refreshed and energized.
Thanks to these products I was able to keep my skin feeling hydrated and smooth the entire weekend!!

Beauty of the day: Pretty in Pink
I don’t know about you, but I’m obsessed with the pale pastel pink trend ever since I saw it on Carolina Herrera‘s Spring Summer 2016 runway at New York Fashion Week. So why not add a touch of pink to your beauty look? Check out my Pretty in Pink look of the day.
Eyes:
I used the new Maybelline New York The Nudes Eyeshadow Palette in Blushed Nudes – I used the shimmery baby pink all over my eyes, then added some of the darker burgundy around the crease. Then I lined my eyes with Eyestudio Lasting Drama Waterproof Gel Pencil in Sleek Onyx and blended it with a dark, shimmery burgundy for a soft smokey look. To finish it off, I added Ever EZ Lash Multipack by KISS in 03.
Lips:
Carolina Herrera’s girls had a soft matte pink, but for this look I wanted to try something different. I put foundation over my lips and then added a swipe of Baby Lips Moisturizing Lip Gloss Shimmers in in Tickled Pink. It’s super sheer and has a bit of a glimmer to it for a frosty edge – to make it a little less pre-school girly.
Nails:
Of course I couldn’t get away without doing my nails to match this look! I’m wearing Essie nail polish in Hi Maintenance. It’s super sheer and adds a soft touch of pink to complete the look!

So it’s back to school now and within just a few weeks I’m ready to escape! I’m so excited that The Body Shop introduced the Spa Of The World collection, bringing in the best exotic spa rituals from all around the world for you to explore, at home.
Oils of Life
I can’t begin to explain how much I love using oils on my face and skin. Although my skin is already pretty oily, facial oils have anti-bacterial properties that combat against breakouts and keep your skin clear. The Body Shop’s Oils of Life Intensely Revitalizing Essence Lotion is infused with Black Cumin seed oil from Egypt, Camellia seed oil from China and Rosehip seed oil from Chile. The unique oil and water formula makes it super light so you don’t feel like you’re wearing it at all. To finish it off, I add The Body Shop’s Oils Of Life Intensely Revitalizing Gel Cream. with illuminating micro-pearls. Slightly lighter than the Intensely Revitalizing Cream, if you’ve got normal to oily skin like me – it’s the perfect night-time treatment to stay moisturized all night long.
Not your regular bubble bath
This is the grown up version of a bubble bath you used to have with your rubber ducky. Rather than a gel or salt, the Egyptian Milk & Honey Bath comes in a power that turns into a skin-softening milk bath. Renowned as a beauty ritual used by Cleopatra in ancient Egypt, you’ll truly feel like a queen relaxing in this. I love how creamy this bath is, and it smells so yummy! My skin feels super soft after this.

Fall Beauty Finds — Anti Blemish Remedy
Nothing makes me happier than when I can complete more than one thing at a time. I love multitasking. I like the idea of getting as much done as I can in the shortest amount of time. It’s the same when it comes to health and beauty. Wearing a mud mask is one of my favorite things do while I am completing chores around the house or reading a book. I recently tried masque BAR by Look Beauty Anti Blemish-Prone Mud Mask. I have some problem areas around my temples and on my cheeks so I was looking forward to trying this mask, especially in those areas. It has amazing ingredients in it like Shea Butter, tea tree oil, Vitamin A, and olive oil which means its cleansing as well as hydrating. I put the mask on while I was packing a bag for a weekend trip to Florida while on the phone #multitasking. I wore it for 20 minutes, as directed. After I rinsed it off, not only does it smell great, my face felt really clean and refreshed. This is the perfect addition to any beauty regimen and would be an awesome at-home spa day treat.
