These days there seems to be a “National Day” for just about everything. This one, in particular, is one of my favorites. Today is National Tequila Day! Many may ask why does tequila need its own day. Well, I am here to help! Not only does tequila offer the best health benefits of any alcohol, it is always a good night when I drink tequila.

Miami Swim Week is a week for all of those who ate a little too many hot dogs during the 4th of July to reevaluate their life choices. All jokes aside, Swim Week has become a major platform for the hottest swimwear designers to showcase their best work. Summer Cocktail Recipe: Pineapple Rum Punch
Looking for a quick, refreshing summer drink recipe? Here’s one of my favorite this summer: Pineapple Rum Punch! This drink is perfect for a large party or for hanging out by the pool all summer long. The inspiration behind this drink developed during my spring break trip to the Dominican Republic. I had a similar cocktail all week around and I found this delicious recipe on Pinterest. I liked this version better! Be sure to try it out and let me know what you think.

Summer is basically here! It is time to pull out your shorts and your sunscreen. As fun as the sun may be, I know a thing or two about how bad makeup can be in the summer. I worked in the direct heat for over 5 summers and as a makeup enthusiast, I had to learn how to not look like a melting cake every day.
