Since I am relatively new to Las Vegas, I have no idea what kind of amazing services are in store at the Trump! The Day Spa has body treatment, massage and the works! Once you enter the luxurious spa on the pool deck floor, you are greeted by lovely service staff that make you feel welcomed and relaxed immediately. If you want luxury, Trump knows best.
I was able to check out the the “Spa Flight” package which is perfect for beginners. You can select ‘mini-services’ a la carte and see if you truly like it first. The massage and body scrub were my top choice and it was heavenly. The locker and dressing room has automatic locking lockers that were equipped with sandals, towels and a robe. In the dressing room, there are combs, brushes, hairspray, hair dryer, lotion and cotton swabs. The best part is the HUGE mirror with lights all around it. You can really see your complexion and relaxed face (or how stressed you are!) clearly.The Spa Flight includes the following choices:

Once you are ready, you are escorted into the relaxation room where fresh lemon water, iced tea and hot tea are available. There are also some fruits and magazines as well. The overstuffed armchairs and lounge chairs also include a cozy blanket for you to doze off and really relax. Some spa users opt for the day pass, and they come in and out all day long. My masseuse was professional, friendly and amazing! He was very mindful with his strength in helping me alleviate tense muscles I didn’t even know I had. Particular stiff are my lower back and right shoulder. When my massage was complete, I also had a body scrub (which was different than the Korean style scrub I had in Tribeca) it was more gentle and relaxing. Once everything was done, I went into the eucalyptus steam sauna and shower. What a great way to start the week!
Stiffness and tight muscles can be caused by so many reasons like a heavy purse, backpack, sitting at a desk for long periods of time and even walking your dog, favoring one side or if he pulls. The tight muscles actually block your chi and locks so many of your chakras. It can make you feel down and you don’t even know why. Immediately after my massage, I felt so much happier and relaxed.

Last month I finally ventured to the Palms Casino to check out Chronic Tacos. There is such a huge variety of Mexican style places to eat on the West Coast it is really hard to resist trying one that has so much social media buzz already.

There is such a huge variety of Mexican style places to eat on the West Coast it is really hard to resist trying one that has so much social media buzz already. Chronic Tacos is a California inspired Mexican grill restaurant. They have a lot of customization options with real authentic flavors.
The secret to the yummy tacos is family recipes. The recipes go back 3 generations to Central Mexican town of Fresnillo. Great Grandma Bonilla made all these recipes from scratch. Now you have a chance to check out why her recipes became so legendary right here in Las Vegas.
I was so lucky to meet with the Vegas location owners, Jonathan and Jennifer. They grew up in the food business and their family owned many McDonald’s, so naturally they know so much about what makes a restaurant successful! With everything they know and understand, they chose Chronic Tacos for their own franchise business. They understand that Millenials want to know what they are eating, where it comes from and just the way they want it.
A new Summerlin location of Chronic Tacos will be coming soon but in the mean time, visit their location at the Palms!

Honolulu Cookie Company
I discovered these little cookies today in Las Vegas at the Palazzo Shops. I was really attracted to their pineapple shapes and wanted to see what there were all about. I was so excited to see all their gift sets, flavors of cookies, complimentary samples and even a little water fountain for after your tasting.
Each cookie has a little fruit inserted in the middle or dipped in chocolate by hand! The come in yummy flavors full of island style: coconut, mango, coffee, pineapple, and macadamia.

We are at the age of the causalite. The hybrid of casual x elite is a phenomenon in itself, with inspiration from Hollywood to cities around the world. They are easy to spot, with seemingly casual apparel with a heavy price tag attached. Sweatpants over $170, lambskin shoe laces around $60, T-shirts for over $100 and exclusive sneakers are all part of deal. They are everywhere and you have seen from from New York to Vegas to Toronto.

They are freelancers, they have their own business, they are celebrities on Instagram and boast of 100K + followers. they are not exactly unemployed but they are between project and contracts. They always have a budding idea and these casualites must be “unemployed”. That means that job have to be fun and in line with their ‘passion’. Programed to be anti corporation and absolute individualists, there are too many people around “making it happen” to not buy into the hype.

Twice a year, Las Vegas get a flood of style connoisseurs from around the globe because of MAGIC. We went to the Hudson Jeans x Creative Concept party at XS and it was most definitely the place to be.
