I went to the press screening of Twilight last night and I would give it 3 outta 5.
The first 10 mins was so emotional and had me in tears but then it quickly turned into more of an SNL skit to me. Terrible CG and awkward conversation left me going errrrr. The best part was the house in Rio and the “fetus” – “baby” – “possibly” line. They told us to check our mobile phones but they forgot to tell us to check our common sense at the door too : / Forget EVERYTHING you learned in biology class.The audience was excited and there was lots of cheering before and after the movie. The movie doesn’t end when her eyeballs go RED so stay in the theater and watch that extra 5 mins! The only reason I realized this was because I forgot my umbrella.
Womp womp. You can wait for the DVD.

Vampire Lust and Sexual Longing
A curious trend in the adolescent world… When one thing goes to an extreme, there is always a tilt to the other side. With crazy overtly sexual pop stars and free porn all over the internet – the new generation is going towards purity and abstinence. Longing is one of those things that makes the fruit sweeter. But really?
The parallel can be fame. You work so hard everyday to get to your dreams but you don’t think about what happens after that. What happens when you leave happily ever after. When you are billboard Top 1 then what? Is longing what makes something great? Is the prize really not even that worth it?
All my life, I thought about living in New York. Now I am here – So now what? The longing and desire to reach your dream is what makes it so amazing. Is it one of those things where the journey is better than the destination?

The "new" Marky Mark!
Back when I was little girl (6), I used to sit in my aunt’s (17 at the time) room and just stare at her HUGE Marky Mark poster. Don’t ask me why; all I know is after I got bored of playing with my Barbies, I’d find my way to my aunt’s room and just stare…Now that I’m older, I have a better understanding of why I got that “warm fuzzy feeling” every time I looked at that poster…
At the time I had no idea how successful this ad was or the wonders it did for CK underwear sales; but it makes perfect sense that CK would do a remake, and give us another “Marky Mark” for the new year!
Twilight cutie Kellan Lutz recently signed a contract with Calvin Klein underwear, to be “the new Marky Mark.” A CK insider says they plan to make the ads very similar to the previous ones… I guess their hoping it’ll get them the same attention… ahem sales. I think he has the body down pat, but he doesn’t have that adorable smile that Mark Walhberg had… but I guess we’ll just have to see.I don’t know ladies, do you think he can pull it off? I mean what are we gonna call him? Kelly Kellan? argh!
