@Luichiny at @FFANYShowShow
Last week at the Hilton Hotel on 6th Avenue, the Fashion Footwear Association of New York (FFANY) held their annual footwear tradeshow. There were hundreds of vendors with their shoes on display, ready to take the fashion industry by storm. That’s where I saw Luichiny Footwear, a bold, sexy, and trendsetting shoe collection.
Luichiny styles range from super sassy to cute and classy, in a wide variety of both heels and flats! Here are some of my favorite styles for this season.
(I absolutely LOVE this shoe — it has wedding season written all over it!)
I especially love the bright colors and wedged styles for the summer! Chunky heels, bold prints, and platforms have been all over the runways and the red carpet, and Luichiny is spot on with this trend. For more Luichiny styles, visit their e-commerce site.

New Pet on the Block
Another pet joins the HeyDoYou team…
Introducing my new kitty, Maxwell Squeaks!
“Squeaky,” as he often goes by, was rescued by a neighbor of mine and then I adopted him. When I brought him home, he was pretty friendly and followed me around the house wherever I went. But a few days in, he became such a “scaredy cat,” spending his time hiding out under the couch or running frantically back to his hideout whenever anyone entered the room. I worried that we’d have bonding issues and I’d be stuck scooping poop for a kitty who never wanted to play with me for the rest of his life. Fortunately, after about a week, he finally came around.
Squeaks is now a happily adjusted kitten with tons of energy. He does not stop, but with that comes plenty of free entertainment. He’s constantly nipping or licking at your feet or hands, or anything body part that you’re trying to use at the time. And when he’s hunger, he “squeaks” rather than meows to let you know it’s feeding time.
A day or two after I got him
Playing…
…and playing–pretty much all he likes to do!
Squeaks clearly doesn’t know who’s pooping his scoop and feeding him, because he hissed at me when I tried to take this photo!Welcome, Squeaks!!

Summer Breeze @unitednude
As I prepare an outfit for my younger brother’s graduation today, I struggled to find yet another cute summer outfit –thats when it hit me! It’s wedding season, graduation season, “outdoor-for no reason” summer party season! No wonder so many of my outfits have been worn out (no pun intended) and so many of my cute shoes are losing their sparkle! So I created an inspirational outfit below fit with the stylish and comfy Mobius Hi Wedges, in hopes that it would inspire me with my own closet. Enjoy 🙂

A few of my obsessions:

Simple yet chic. Classy yet relaxed. I don’t think there’s a single look in this collection that I didn’t like. LOVED the light wash denim jumpsuit and two-piece top and short set.
