Frustrated by the lack of tasty options and the frequent crumbling of gluten-free products, Carolyn left a lucrative career at JP Morgan to start Mightylicious. Her mission was to create cookies that were not only safe for those with gluten sensitivities but also irresistible to everyone. Mightylicious is an LGBT-owned startup committed to using the finest ingredients and innovative baking techniques to deliver products that are pure, clean, and exceptionally delicious.
