Cooking Directions:
Circle B Ranch Hams are fully cooked. You can eat the ham right out of the package, but heating them will bring out the full flavor of the product.
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Remove the Hickory Smoked Ham from the package and place ham into a roasting pan. Heat the ham for 1-1 1/2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 140 degrees.
- Transfer the ham to a carving board. We always suggest letting the ham stand for 10 to 15 minutes before carving. (depending upon the recipe you are using you may or may not be adding any water or juice)
Hickory Smoked Bacon

Vegan Carob Chip Carrot Loaf

Bake time: 40 minutes
Total Time: 1 hr 10 minutes
Servings: 6-8 slices

Loaf Ingredients:
• 1 ¾ cup carrots, grated
• 1 tbsp. ginger, grated
• Vegan buttermilk (see below)
• 2 flax seed eggs
• 1/3 cup vegetable oil
• ½ cup @Chatfieldsbrand date sugar
• 2 cups vegan flour (buckwheat, almond, rice or oat)
• 1 tbsp. baking powder
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• Pinch of salt
• 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
• 1 tsp. ground ginger
• 1/3 cup chopped walnuts, for garnish • ½ cup @Chatfieldsbrand Carob Chips, for garnish
Vegan Buttermilk Ingredients:
• 1 ½ oz. Better Than Milk Almond Milk
• 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
.
Steps:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
2. Line loaf tin with baking parchment paper.
3. In large bowl, mix grated carrots, grated ginger, vegan buttermilk, flaxseed eggs, vegetable oil and date sugar.
4. In separate bowl, mix remaining dry ingredients.
5. Combine wet and dry mixtures together and stir. Add to loaf tin.
6. Bake for about 40 minutes.
7. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
8. Garnish with chopped walnuts and carob chips. Serve.
Vegan, dairy-free White Russian cocktail

. – 1-2 tablespoons agave
– 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
– Pinch of cinnamon
– 1 oz. vodka
– 1 oz. coffee, or rum-coffee liqueur

– A splash of your favorite non-dairy creamer, optionalFill a short cocktail glass with ice. Pour in ingredients, lightly swirl the contents with a spoon. Add a garnish, and cheers!

I am so excited to introduce one of my favorite chili sauces in the world, Me’s Way. Mẹ’s Way is a Vietnamese style chili sauce founded by Chau Tonnu, a first generation Vietnamese American immigrant. She came to the U.S at the age of seventeen along with her family and holds many precious memories of Vietnam, from eating street foods with friends, to biking to school. These memories of her formative years and her experiences as an adult living in the U.S led to her sharing a piece of her culture through food.
Mẹ’s Way is committed to our values of heritage and quality. Unique to Huế, Vietnam our chili sauce recipe is passed down three generations from mothers to daughters. Each jar is made in small batches by hand, with carefully picked ingredients and little-to-no preservatives.
