Lower back pain and pelvic pain are incredibly common ailments for men: half of all men will experience prostatitis in their lifetimes, along with other ailments like sciatica that cause pain in the lower back and pelvic regions. Fortunately, there’s an unorthodox new method for men to treat lower back and pelvic pain that’s not only safe but also highly effective: CBD suppositories.

Foria Wellness has released suppositories with broad-spectrum CBD and other organic ingredients (including cocoa butter) that’s designed to treat lower back pain and pelvic pain in men. Foria is currently conducting research with Harvard Doctor Staci Gruber to understand more about how the endocannabinoid receptors in the pelvis work; but what we do know now: Back and pelvic pain are dramatically reduced with this product and all without harmful drugs or surgeries.

    Maps that Made History!

A beautiful life is reading a book at a place you love spending time at. I found it is very relaxing to read my recent favorite book at my balcony with sunshine and little plants surrounded. I recommend this book, “Theater of The World”, it tells you the history of the whole world through maps. This book is a nice gift for all people who loves reading and learning knowledges about the world.

“…Sumptuously produced with lots of full-color images… a kind of potted treasury of cartographical history that gleams with piece-of-eight-like snippets of information… this is an enthralling book, and joins the likes of Simon Garfield’s On the Map and Jerry Brotton’s A History of the World in Twelve Maps in the field of popular reaffirmations of the ingenuity of geography.”

    – Travis Elborough, Spectator

THEATER OF THE WORLD (Little, Brown; 12/4; $35, 978-0-316-45076-8), by Thomas Reinertsen Berg, is a stunningly illustrated four-color history of mapmaking across centuries. This must-read for history buffs and armchair travelers offers an expert representation of the world through time, telling a new story about our history and the people who made it.

Thomas Reinertsen Berg takes us all the way from the mysterious symbols of the Stone Age to Google Earth, exploring how our ability to envision the world developed hand in hand with global exploration.

Along the way, readers will meet an exciting cast of visionary geographers, heroic explorers, and other previously unknown champions of the mapmaking world, ancient and modern. And 55 four-color illustrations tell a fascinating visual story that allows us to witness the extraordinary breadth of this history with our own eyes.

THEATER OF THE WORLD’s 55 beautiful four-color illustrations tell a fascinating visual story that allows us to witness the extraordinary breadth of this history with our own eyes, and is the perfect gift for the history buff or armchair traveler in your life.

Travel + Leisure’s December issue includes a gorgeous feature on the book, “Thomas Reinertsen Berg’s THEATER OF THE WORLD: The Maps that Made History is a thorough study of cartography, past and present. But more than that, it’s an exploration of what maps mean and why we’ll never stop trying to document the world arounds us.”

Garden & Gun features THEATER OF THE WORLD in their December reading list, “this beautiful collection of historic maps will resonate with folks prone to wanderlust and those longing for a sense of place. A Norwegian journalist mines the human desire to explore while sharing lush cartography from the Stone Age to the age of exploration to modern satellite imagery.”

This book is definitely a lovely gift for the one who loves knowing about the world, who is enthusiastic about traveling and geographic knowledges. THEATER OF THE WORLD is not only just for reading, but also a book you can put on your bookshelf to store it, keeping it for next generations.

THE DARKNESS IN LEE’S CLOSET AND THE OTHERS WAITING THERE

The best thing ever is you can share a book with your kid together. But I know you don’t love those childish stories only about rabbits and mermaids, you want to share something more fun and cooler with your kids. Here is a book I highly recommend which can bring a different experience!

The Darkness in Lee’s Closet and the Others Waiting There is a middle grade fantasy novel.

A macabre adventure set in the world of the dead, it’s a thrill ride full of frights and frolics that can only be overcome with the strength of family, friendship, and faith in oneself.

A loving homage to classic children’s literature, from Gulliver’s Travels to Oliver Twist to Alice in Wonderland to The Wizard of Oz, the book is peppered with literary allusions, historical references and other “Easter eggs.”

The cast of characters is a diverse motley crew from different countries and points in history, like sassy Spanish skeleton Óseo, French Revolution royal Madame Couronne, and Percy, the Victorian adventurer with an apt Shakespeare quote always at the ready.

Sometimes scary, sometimes funny, and always exciting, The Darkness in Lee’s Closet and the Others Waiting There is a story for children of all ages.

    Blurb:

Lee just wants her dad back. But the land of the dead is a dangerous place.

When her father dies, Lee’s life is torn apart. The only comfort she finds is in the complete darkness of her closet, where she sleeps at night.

When she discovers the darkness leads to the afterlife, she hatches a plan—to find her dad and bring him back home.

With the help of four very talkative, very dead companions she finds trapped in the darkness, she sets off on a quest through the afterworlds.

But a little live girl does not belong there. Lee will have to face frightening dangers and use all her courage and cunning if she wishes to save her father, her friends, and herself.
