Beauty of the day: Pretty in Pink
I don’t know about you, but I’m obsessed with the pale pastel pink trend ever since I saw it on Carolina Herrera‘s Spring Summer 2016 runway at New York Fashion Week. So why not add a touch of pink to your beauty look? Check out my Pretty in Pink look of the day.
Eyes:
I used the new Maybelline New York The Nudes Eyeshadow Palette in Blushed Nudes – I used the shimmery baby pink all over my eyes, then added some of the darker burgundy around the crease. Then I lined my eyes with Eyestudio Lasting Drama Waterproof Gel Pencil in Sleek Onyx and blended it with a dark, shimmery burgundy for a soft smokey look. To finish it off, I added Ever EZ Lash Multipack by KISS in 03.
Lips:
Carolina Herrera’s girls had a soft matte pink, but for this look I wanted to try something different. I put foundation over my lips and then added a swipe of Baby Lips Moisturizing Lip Gloss Shimmers in in Tickled Pink. It’s super sheer and has a bit of a glimmer to it for a frosty edge – to make it a little less pre-school girly.
Nails:
Of course I couldn’t get away without doing my nails to match this look! I’m wearing Essie nail polish in Hi Maintenance. It’s super sheer and adds a soft touch of pink to complete the look!
And voila! What do you think of my pink beauty look? Would you try it? What other looks are you inspired to do?

All Pink All Summer
As you all know, I am a summer baby! I had a thing for dark blue for the past few month but I am going to declare my undying love for PINK once again!
Here are 3 amazing pink products you need to have on your radar for your summer celebrations.
Notorious Pink Rosé, the French Provençal rosé that’s bringing sexy back to blush wines. Whether you’re at a simple park picnic or living luxuriously on a yacht, Notorious Pink is the fresh young wine that will stimulate your palate and liven up your life. Pop of the signature glass top and enjoy.
Notorious Pink Rosé 2013 (SRP: $19.99) is imported from southwest France and made from 100% Grenache grapes. The grapes from the oldest vines are bled, while the younger vines are pressed, creating the ideal wine to quench your thirst on a hot day. Notorious Pink has the refreshing qualities of a rosé and pairs perfectly with poultry, seafood, and vegetable dishes. A sultry pale pink color, Notorious Pink exudes floral orange blossom aromas with citrus and red fruits and balances the juicy fruit flavors of ripe berries with zesty acidity and soft minerality. Perfect with cakes and summer afternoon snacks! It has beautiful glass cap as well that is reusable for other wines!
Come Clean Yummy Nom Nom soap! It is pink and smells like cotton candy lemonade! It is made of vegetable glycerin and coconut oil. Perfect for a refreshing shower that we all need in this sticky summer.

Glamour up with @principessa_bty
There are so many P’s to look out for with Principessa Beauty: pretty, pink, and pamper! The beauty company also prides on perfume, packaging, and performance…
I am currently using “naked pink” lip gloss. It’s shiny but not excessive and after it’s on my lips for some time, it’s not sticky like others. The color also goes well with everything so I like to just keep it in my pocket.

I have to try out their other products too. They have fragrances and creams, dry shampoo, and look at this cute water bottle.
($1 from each bottle sold will be donated to breast cancer research)
(One of many gift sets they have. This limited edition includes perfume, pouf, dry shampoo, and body wash)
So definitely go to their website and check out the many products they have. It’ll make a great gift for friends and family…or if you need a pampering! 🙂

Whole lotta pink @the3day – Breast Cancer Awareness
I’m not a huge fan of pink but last year in July I was around 3 days of full-blown PINK. I registered for the Susan G. Komen 3-Day for the Cure. It is a 60-mile walk over the course of 3 days and I decided to walk in Boston, MA, one of many cities to choose from.
Words can’t describe the unforgettable experience I had that summer as well as the previous year when I volunteered.
*I volunteered with two girlfriends who one of them lost their mom to breast cancer*You meet many people and share laughter and tears, unforgettable stories, both men and women who leave an imprint of what they have gone through.
There are so many little ways to make a difference, to change a person’s life, a friend’s life, or even a complete stranger’s life. The power that one can do with the decisions and choices they make is truly a gift.
*Cute signs along the way. There were a bunch of different pit stops and they each had a theme of some sort*
*Closing ceremony. Very moving and emotional and definitely a great feeling*I thought 60 miles was crazy but then when I saw the survivors walking 60 miles along with everything else they have been through, I knew I could do this. I knew those 60 miles and the yearlong fundraising I did would totally be worth it.
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and I know the 3-Day is something that someone has to put time into but it’s great how there are so many other things a person can do to be one step closer to finding a cure.
So many companies promote their products and donate those proceeds for research. Keep your eyes peeled and let us know what you do to make a difference. 🙂

Get Inspired!! Get Creative!!
I read magazines all the time. I’m constantly reading, researching and just looking at pictures. When I’m done reading these magazines I don’t really have any space for them, so I decided to get inspired. Everyone needs a little motivation and inspiration to get going. I’ve recently decided to create an inspiration board to keep me inspired and to keep my creative thoughts flowing. This inspiration board is to keep all my ideas together plus, it was a super fun and cheap way to redecorate your place. You can include anything and everything on these boards and make it as big or small as you want. So get creative this weekend, rip out some magazine pages, and cut some photos. Add some starfish like me or, or just keep it super simple (I’m just a simple girl with a love for starfish and pink, apparently).
Now readers, do you have inspiration boards?? Have you ever created something like this?? Besides creating inspiration boards, what helps to keep your creativity going??
Tweet at me @itstanyag or leave me a comment, and let me know!!
