@ReebokClassics Alicia Keys Wedges
The new Fall 2013 Reebok Classic x Alicia Keys collection
! I finally got the chance to wear these! My fourth pair of sneaker wedges since the trend has begun and each of them are different in color, shape and height. These cute sneaks from Reebok are narrow and the heel is lower and more comfortable for walking around the city. The original laces are navy blue but I swapped them out for these brown ones to match my Mackage leather jacket.
The top two velcro straps secure your ankle when you are walking and makes the shoes really snug and comfy. I never felt like I was going to fall out of them as if I was wearing heels. I could run all around and still feel comfy! I love the extra pad around the back of the ankles because they provide extra comfort every step of the way. There is also a small 2 inch zipper on the inside you can use to take off the shoe easily.
Alicia Keys wearing the A. Keys Wedge, which fuses inspiration from Reebok’s iconic Freestyle and Chi-Kaze sneaker silhouettes, available in 4 different colorways, including Reptile, Tribal, Military and Crocodile for $119.99
Here they are in the Aglit Italy campaign – These leather laces make these wedges on FIRE!
The Crocodile Pack features a chic shade of navy with crocodile detailing and gum outsoles.

Wedge Sneakers from @Aliciakeys and @ReebokClassics
Reebok Classic’s partnership and design collaboration with Alicia Keys continues with the introduction of new seasonal Reebok Classic X Alicia Keys collections for 2013. The collaboration sees exclusive limited edition lines featuring iconic Classic silhouettes which have been given Alicia’s unique creative touch. Alicia has been a long-term fan of Reebok since her days wearing the Freestyle Hi, known to her as the 54’11 as they cost 54 dollars and 11 cents, as a teenager in NYC.
Alicia draws inspiration from various aspects of her life when working on her collections for Reebok Classic, from her love of street culture to her glamorous on-stage experiences and her eclectic style influences. Working collaboratively with the Reebok Classic design team gives Alicia the opportunity to express her creative talent in the art-form of fashion. Alicia says, “The Freestyle has always been a part of my style—so I’m really excited to give it even more of an edge,” said Keys. “I’m feeling deeply inspired this year with the new album, tour, and everything that’s going on in my life. Creativity is limitless in its possibilities and I love that I get to express myself in a whole new artistic way through the design of these collections.”
“Our brand has a rich history in women’s footwear, and we look forward to an equally bright future with amazing styles like the Reebok Classic AK collection,” said Reebok’s Global VP of Classics, Basketball and Entertainment. “Alicia’s passion and tireless energy make her the perfect partner to collaborate with on our new, fashion-forward silhouettes like the Freestyle Hi Wedge A. Keys and A. Keys Wedge.”
This season sees Alicia taking her favorite Classic silhouette to new heights as she re-introduces the iconic Freestyle silhouette and pairs it with a stylish hidden wedge heel to create the Freestyle Hi Wedge A.Keys . Alicia’s twist on the Freestyle pays homage to its Classic heritage while incorporating a fashion forward element. Alicia has stayed true to the DNA of the Freestyle product, with characteristic double straps, 3 iconic collar puffs and Freestyle heel counters, but has updated it with an on-trend twist.
The Reebok Classic X Alicia Keys Spring/Summer 2013 collection will be introduced on April 1st with two on-trend packs; the Chi Street Pack which features bright, sporty color blocking, candy pop color explosions of neon pink and bright yellow with a real sport luxe feel, and the Classic Iridescent Pack which draws inspiration from Alicia’s stage life and features a bold all over red Freestyle Hi Wedge, paying homage to one of the most sought after original Freestyles, as well as additional styles featuring tonal gloss python prints, neon color pops and iridescent accents.

All NEW @SHAQ Attaq @Reebok @THEREALSWIZZZ
In 1992, Reebok was looking to make the strongest possible statement on the court. At the time, the brand had success with key basketball silhouettes including The Pump, however Reebok desired to make an even bigger, bolder impact.
Reebok: Project 2013 – Shaq Interview with Swizz Beatz from Digital Wave Media Group on Vimeo.
‘‘What we needed was a larger than life presence, a basketball prodigy that would forever change the game. And, Reebok got just that when we partnered with arguably the most dominant player in the league, Shaquille O’Neal,’’said Reebok’s Vice President of Classic, Basketball and Entertainment, Todd Krinsky.
After partnering with the brand, Shaq went on to become Rookie of the Year and play in two of the most revered basketball shoes of all time — the Shaq Attaq and the Shaqnosis.
Today, at a packed press launch at the Project Trade Show in Las Vegas, Reebok Classic welcomed the legendary Shaq back to the family. Kicking off with Reebok’s Todd Krinsky highlighting 2012 and early ’13 successes including the Iverson collection, Pump bringbacks, Kamikaze, T-Raww and more, Krinsky went on to give credit to Swizz Beatz, Reebok Classic Creative Director who was instrumental in the brand’s return to the main stage.
Longtime, close friend of Shaq from back in his playing days, Swizz knew the time was right to bring back the iconic Reebok Classic Shaq Attaq and Reebok Classic Shaqnosis. Swizz brought Shaq on stage to reminisce about being the first athlete with a signature shoe for Reebok, his days in the league, his first Reebok ad, doing music with Shaq, and more. Swizz and Shaq also talked in depth about the Reebok Classic Shaq Attaq and Reebok Classic Shaqnosis. At the end of the event, Tyga made a special appearance for a photo opp on stage with Swizz and Shaq.
Reebok Classic Shaq Attaq — A highly anticipated bringback from 1992, the Reebok Classic Shaq Attaq drops on April 19th for $160 at key retailers includingJimmy Jazz, Shiekh, Villa, City Gear, DTLR, Shoe Palace, and on Reebok.com.
The legendary Shaq Attaq features Pump technology on the tongue, which gained tremendous equity with players at the time. Providing the ultimate in lightweight technology, the Shaq Attaq features Graphlite. A first of its kind lightweight technology, Graphlite is a plastic, incredibly strong fiber which allowed Reebok to strip away heavy rubber to create a sleeker, lighter silhouette. Graphlite technology keeps the shoe light, while still providing incredible stability. From a design perspective, the Shaq Attaq reflects the brightness of Orlando blue, the silhouette takes color phenomenally and was the perfect bold look for a player like Shaq.
Reebok Classic Shaqnosis — Debuting for the first time in 1995, Reebok Classic is bringing back the Shaqnosis on July 19th for $125 at key retailers includingFinish line, Foot Locker, Jimmy Jazz, Shiekh, City Gear, Shoe Palace and on Reebok.com. At the time the Reebok Classic Shaqnosis was created, designers had a strong desire to create a shoe with a truly polarizing look for Shaq, arguably the most visible guy on the court. Reebok knew that the Shaqnosis was a ‘‘love it or hate it’’ model, and the brand fully embraced the controversy the shoe evoked. The energy behind the Shaqnosis was so strong that it led to a spin-off collection called Mobius. The Mobius line played off the Shaqnosis inspired 50/50 black/white split, making it the ideal statement look on the basketball court or baseball field. Other styles in the Mobius collection included The Big Hurt with baseball great Frank Thomas and The Blast with basketball icon Nick Van Exel.
Stay tuned for styles such as these to be brought back by Reebok Classic in the future…

T-RAWW @Tyga SNEAKER @Reebok
Reebok Classic and Tyga hosted an intimate group of editors at a suite at Madison Square Garden yesterday during the Knicks vs Nets game on January 21, 2013. Moderated by photographer Jonathan Mannion, Tyga gave media a brief walk-through of the new T-Raww sneaker as the Nets defeated the Knicks in a game that came down to the wire.
West coast style meets street appeal in the latest collection by Reebok Classic, the T-Raww. Fearlessly bold yet minimalistic, the first colorway drops feature monochromatic color treatments which give this clean mid-cut silhouette an in-your-face look. Constructed with a skate-inspired vulcanized mid-sole and premium leather upper, the T-Raww is an instant classic.
The first drop of the Reebok Classic T-Raww collection will be the excellent red and blue sport colorways which will hit Shiekh stores on February 14th for $80.

Hot Kicks @Reebok Pump Omni Lite
This basketball inspired shoe is a reinterpretation of the original Pump Omni Lite. Part of the Heritage Lite Series, the lightweight shoe features multiple Reebok technologies: 3D Ultralite, Pump and Hexalite. This new design is a streamlined version and offers a more modern twist on the original. The Pump ball on the tongue features a raised crown graphic to make it more iconic and relevant to Basquiat’s artwork. The quarter TPU cage nods to the original Pump Omni Lite design and provides additional stability and support. This new model is lighter than the original Pump Omni Lite.
Would you rock it?
