After the ABSOLUT Vodka Art Installation I headed down to Dundas Square to capture a little of the action at the Mento Gum Fun Park for Grown Ups event.The weather was nice, there was good music, lots of people and kids, bouncy castles, the works!After the ABSOLUT Vodka Art Installation I headed down to Dundas Square to capture a little of the action at the Mento Fun… The weather was nice, there was good music, lots of people and kids, bouncy castles, the works! Oh and lots and lots of Mentos gum! Everyone was just out to have a good time, there were people “sumo-wrestling” (in sumo suits people! Lol), there were dance competitions, and I hear someone won $5,000!!It was fun times as always in Dundas Square!

This event is the winning entry from our Make Your World Go Rounder contest. Toronto resident Danielle Lamarche’s idea is coming to life, so be there or be square. Some other initiatives to promote Mentos Gum include TV spots and heavy promotion with the art world.

In the US, they are planning to spend $40 million +. A big chunk of the Mentos gum budget will buy slots on prime-time shows such as Grey’s Anatomy and Desperate Housewives. Get your chew on.xoxo

In an ABSOLUT world opportunities always pop up!
I am SOOOOOO EXCITED! Tomorrow I will be attending the Media Sneak Preview of the ABSOLUT Art Installation event, where I will be interviewing successful Canadian Artist, Justin Broadbent!
Justin Broadbent, a successful graphic designer, web designer, illustrator, and photographer has been commissioned by ABSOLUT vodka to transform the lower BAY subway station (An unused TTC line that was built in 1970s), to his vision of what an ABSOLUT world where opportunities always pop up might look like. His mission is to bring the phrase, “In an ABSOLUT world opportunities always pop up.” to life!
Justin was one of the feature artists at this year’s AGO MASSIVE Party. His recent accomplishments include; a CBC Bucky Award, two 2009 Much Music Video Award nominations, and the branding and web design for the Oscar-nominated animated short film, I Met The Walrus.
His portfolio consists of magnificent posters, flash website, amazing photographs and CD designs.

Viewing times are for ONE DAY only so make sure you go down and check it out! If you’re taking the subway into BAY station, you’ll be directed to the surface, and then brought back in so that the organizers can control traffic. There will be security at this event so worry not!

Jamil, an undergrad with a degree in Bio systems Engineering, B.Eng from McGill University, worked as an investment strategist with Swift Trade Securities and at the Host Marriott Corporation.
The siblings set out to create luxury clothing for men and women with brilliant tastes. Think Pink
So this past Thursday, after writing a gruelling Macroeconomics test, I attended Think Pink; an event held in support of Breast Cancer. It was really nice to see so many people come out and support for a great cause 🙂It’s important to raise the awareness of Breast Cancer, and what better way than to focus on the lighter and brighter side of breast cancer awareness by throwing a lovely fundraiser at the luxurious, spa inspired bar; C Lounge.
I was one of the lucky ladies wearing pink, to receive a pair of Jessica Simpson flip flops!! There so cute!!
There were plenty of give aways throughout the night from Franco Sarto, BCBG & Jessica Simpson; and a lot of ladies with huge smiles on their faces and shoes cradled in their arms!Day ended on a very positve note!Shout outs to everybody that came out and supported 🙂For more info on shoes like those at the give away and more! So two Sundays ago I was lucky enough to be selected as one of the vendors at the What Women Want: Wine, Dine & Shop in a dress event; hosted by the lovely Shannae Ingleton at C Lounge: Spa Inspired Bar.There were so many great vendors and tonnes of beautiful supporters.
