Date Night Approved: @MaggyLondon Daisy Organza Dress
In the midst of my move, I found my Maggy London Daisy Organza Dress! I was suppose to wear this dress on New Year’s Eve for a party but my plans fell through. I even asked my Instagram friends which one I should pick… Everyone said RED.
Then when I went to Toronto for my nephew’s baptism, I wanted to wear it but it was -40 so no chance at all. Finally TONIGHT was the night! I was so happy to finally get a chance to wear it yay! Tonight we went to Cafetasia for dinner to celebrate for our move in to the city 89 Bleecker. Date night appropriate? Yes I think so!Tai took some great pics for me – see my lovely dress below.
With a red dress, you can do nude lips or the very trendy orange lips like me! This is the Kat Von D in A-Go-Go
Some details about this dress… (and a video too on Amazon!)
- 100% Polyester
- Dry Clean Only
- Round neckline with keyhole
- Back keyhole and zipper
- Tonal belt
- Maggy London’s organza sheath dress blossoms thanks to floral lace fabrication with sheer shoulder detail.
- Made in China
To complete this outfit for a more causal look, I paired my Maggy London with this classic Levi’s dark denim coat. My red Sam Edelman shoes set off this pencil skirt styled dress and showed off the little slit in the back
I love the delicate daisy pattern and the sheer high neckline for a sophisticated and flirty look. Seems like I am not the only one who loves this dress, the Daisy Organza Dress was on the Today Show.
I will definitely be a repeat offender and wear this again for Chinese New Year in two weeks!

My Weekend with @Ford Focus
What a super fun weekend I had with my family for Chinese New Year in Toronto. To kick of the lunar new year right, my first stop right after our flight landed was straight to Oakville to the Ford HQ.
Ford has developed an amazing relationship with bloggers and lent me the brand spanking new Ford Focus to test drive. THANK YOU!
The Focus was easy to handle and a pleasure to drive. The headrest and bucket-like seats were comfy with fully automated seat adjustment. The side mirrors were easy to adjust and also clear as day – very important for safety especially when you are an Asian female driver! My favorite part is that the driver and passenger side have their own temperature control for heating/cool air and there are seat warmers for 5 different levels of heat. My bum is usually warm so I kept it at 1!
This car is extremely fuel efficient and 1 tank of gas lasted me 5 days of downtown, uptown, Scarborough and all around driving. The interior had a cream and black leather seats hat made if feel sporty and luxurious. I love the way it looks, feels, drives and preforms!Lots of Ford Event coming up like the Ford’s Blue Party at Liberty Grand in Toronto on Feb 10 at 7pm andthe all day Ford x Style Caster Fashion Week Kick off conference Feb 7th here in New York City.
