I was first greeted and offered refreshments by my stylist Maisha. She is one of the 4 stylists at Butterfly Salon trained in Cezanne Treatment. My service began with a shampoo and conditioner and a rough blow-dry. Then the Cezanne treatment is applied to my hair and left on for 30 mins. During this time, I had a mini facial with Cristina Marroquin, the fabulous in-house esthetician. I also had a bang trim with stylist Taylor Brock. Maisha told me when clients come in trying to butcher their own bangs, the stylists get ‘bang-ry’!
I am really happy with the results! My hair is remarkably straight, shiny and soft after the Cezanne Treatment.

How-to:
1. On dry hair, apply CATWALK by Catwalk by TIGI Curlesque Lightweight Mousse to the roots only. Use a colouring brush to paint the mousse onto the roots, keeping the middle and ends of the hair clear and natural.
2. Wherever the hair falls, create a natural, low parting in the hair and then, using a medium round bristle brush, blow dry the hair so that it becomes naturally straight.
3. To add a bit more character, secure either side of the hair with a random bobby pin.

Gorgeous Sunkissed Ombre @DeBerardinis
Growing out my hair has been a long process and I definitely needed some pampering! It seems like after years of having short hair, I forgot how to style my hair at all. I recently had the Baci Di Sole highlight service and my old ombre desperately need a touch up before Fashion Week.
This is a kind of Ombre technique that comes from Italy which offers gorgeous sun kissed highlights with a more natural effect.

Picking the Perfect Outfit
A girls’ night out is about dressing up, but also about being comfortable.
