    Animal Kingdom at the Plaza

    The 16th Annual Bergh Ball on Thursday April 11th at The Plaza Hotel!

    It’s an amazing event that draws a passionate celebrity, society and VIP crowd of animal lovers who come to dine and dance in support of the ASPCA’s mission, which is to provide effective means for the prevention of cruelty to animals throughout the United States.

    This year’s black-tie ball is titled “Animal Kingdom,” and popular designer Isaac Mizrahi will once again be our esteemed MCThere will a number of ASPCA celebrity friends and supporters to attend as well!   Sounds really exciting 🙂  We are always black tie ready!

    plus 20 internationally recognized Artists in an original exhibit of mixed media art interpreting wine and wine bottles, curated and produced by Souleo, known for his curated shows and events for the New York Public Library and Danny Simmons.
     
    Souleo relates, “Wine has been celebrated and stored artistically for centuries for spiritual rituals, religious ceremonies, medicinal purposes and social occasions. Art Enology artists have tapped into this history, and inspired by ordinary wine bottles, have created original and collectible paintings, sculpture and film for new dialogues.”

    Brooklyn’s Prospect Park was a ZOO this weekend.  For those of you who were at Electric Daisy, I dare say we MIGHT have had more fun.

    The first ever Great Googa Mooga took place and there was, what we Chinese call – People mountain, People Sea. A whole lotta folks!
