BEYOND SUSHI REVEALS A VERSATILE NEW MENU
The plant-based eatery goes “Beyond Sushi”
New York, N.Y. — Beyond Sushi, a fast-casual plant-based eatery, announces a soft launch of their newly extended menu, which is being served at the Union Square and Chelsea Market outposts. It is soon to launch at their Midtown West location.
Being the pioneer of the vegan sushi movement since July 2012, Beyond Sushi continues to delight both vegans and non-vegans with their creative use of seasonal fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. The new menu, three years in the works, has been carefully crafted by founders Chef Guy and Tali Vaknin. With the goal to expand beyond the regular rolls, the menu offers wide-ranging vegan dishes including dumplings, noodle salads, and noodle soups with catchy names such as “Smokey Tom,” “Chic Pea,” and “Jolly Onion.” In addition, the brand has reinvented their signature sushi rolls, rice bed salads, and paper wraps to intrigue the masses.
“We are always inspired to create and re-create; it’s the foundation of how we thrive as beings,” said Chef Vaknin. “When people hear the name Beyond Sushi, we want them to really think beyond the rolls. We are a health conscious, green eatery making the “traditional”, unconventional and unique.”
The 100% vegan brand is committed to being sustainable and locally sourced at an affordable price. For more information, please visit www.beyondsushi.com.

Last month I finally ventured to the Palms Casino to check out Chronic Tacos. There is such a huge variety of Mexican style places to eat on the West Coast it is really hard to resist trying one that has so much social media buzz already.
Last week I finally ventured to the Palms Casino to check out Chronic Tacos. There is such a huge variety of Mexican style places to eat on the West Coast it is really hard to resist trying one that has so much social media buzz already. Chronic Tacos is a California inspired Mexican grill restaurant. They have a lot of customization options with real authentic flavors.
The secret to the yummy tacos is family recipes. The recipes go back 3 generations to Central Mexican town of Fresnillo. Great Grandma Bonilla made all these recipes from scratch. Now you have a chance to check out why her recipes became so legendary right here in Las Vegas.
I was so lucky to meet with the Vegas location owners, Jonathan and Jennifer. They grew up in the food business and their family owned many McDonald’s, so naturally they know so much about what makes a restaurant successful! With everything they know and understand, they chose Chronic Tacos for their own franchise business. They understand that Millenials want to know what they are eating, where it comes from and just the way they want it.
A new Summerlin location of Chronic Tacos will be coming soon but in the mean time, visit their location at the Palms!4321 W. Flamingo Rd.

Last weekend, I woke up and stumbled into Bare Burger. We usually go to this place for their healthy fries/onion ring combo, delicious sliders and a slew of condiments. I love sauce did you know that? But this organic burger joint has brunch too! Who knew! I was happily surprised and got the chicken and waffles platter with banana fritters and sweet potato fries. It came with paprika butter! YUM.
Look! Still sleepy 🙂
