    @Pillsbury Sweet Moments

    With all these summer shopping and impromptu trips, money is a lil tight. That doesn’t mean you can’t spend you last $5 on something delicious.   I like to live on the edge a little.   Let me introduce to you my new favorite dessert….Pillsbury Sweet Moments

    illsbury® Sweet Moments™ are a little bite of decadent pleasure for you each day. We would like to introduce you to two unbelievably delicious new flavors: Raspberry Brownie Cheesecake and Caramel Brownie Cheesecake. Each bite will wrap you in rich layers of sweet pleasure. Break through the cocoa-kissed outer layer with its delicate drizzle detail… feel it break and give way to a deliciously moist fudgy brownie. Take a moment to savor the smooth caramel or velvety cheesecake melt luxuriously in your mouth. We refrigerate them to accentuate each decadent layer and magnify each distinct texture to create a truly luscious bite.

    Yummy

    Good Eats: Starving Artist

    What a lovely summer so far! Recently pretty much every time my bestie and I meet up, we go to the Starving Artist Waffle Espresso Bar. This gorgeous little place has been around for 2 years now and the best thing about them is of course their waffles.

    My WESTERN waffle sandwich

    The owners Bryan and Tobias loved waffles so much that pretty much very dish on their menu is served on or with a waffle. They have a great patio and such interesting food mixtures on their menu (salmon on a waffle?) – I highly recommend checking out the Starving Artist the next time you are near Lansdowne and Bloor.

    Sula Introduces New Paint & Peel Nail Polish Shades

    Check out these new colors for summer! Sula‘s Paint & Peel nail polishes are now available in Vermillion and Champagne Coral.

    You don’t even need a base coat for this. Available in lip-gloss format, you can put this in your purse and do your nails while on-the-go. I put on two coats of color and it dried in under 10 minutes. It came out a little streaky, but once I put on a top coat it looked sleek and shiny.

    The color doesn’t last the longest, but it’s also because it’s formulated without phthalates, formaldehyde or toluene. It’s totally safe for your nails and at only $9 you can’t go wrong. If you’re as crazy about nails as I am, you’ll love the fact that you can tear away at these nails within the next few days and change them up in less than 20 minutes. This is totally changing my life.

    I was a little weary about the peel-off method, like would it just start peeling tomorrow? It wasn’t like that at all. It actually took a little work to get it to peel off! It’s definitely more fun and healthier than using a nail polish remover. And guess what, this company is Canadian-based! Who knew?
