@nyigf RECAP: The New York International Gift Fair

After a very rainy week, there was finally a sunny day yesterday!

We headed down to the Javits Center to see all that is new in gift, home and lifestyle products.  This show was HUGE.  We were able to hit Pier 94, the 3000’s and the 7000’s. It was crazy. I am sad that I missed the baby and the jewelry sections but I had a lot of fun and met some amazing vendors!

I will be highlighting some of my favorite products in upcoming posts but here is a sneak peek!

This is open to the public. The memorabilia will auction off on ebay starting on May 29th with all proceeds going to Lifebeat.

Guests will enjoy performances by the original American MC of Brooklyn, Talib Kweli, UK band Graffiti6 who was selected by MTV (you guys) as an artist to watch in 2011.  Rounding out the evening are DJ sets by Josh Madden and DJ DL.
