The PawCo Protein Bar for Dogs Is Real
Dog treats just got humanized. Less than a month after launch, PawCo’s Magic Bar – the first-ever protein bar for dogs – has already sold out of two varieties on Amazon. These functional bars combine daily wellness with on-the-go convenience, much like a nutrition bar does for active humans.
“This isn’t just a treat — it’s a wellness ritual,” said Dr. Mahsa Vazin, founder and CEO of PawCo. “Magic Bars apply modern food science to dog treats to create a smarter, more functional snack.”Dogs Deserve Better Than Empty Calories.
Unlike most dog treats loaded with fillers and byproducts that offer little purpose more than a behavioral reward, Magic Bars are formulated with clean, real ingredients and designed to deliver targeted functional benefits, including:
- Gut Health
- Skin & Coat Health
- Hip & Joint Support
- Heart Health
- Daily Immunity
Each bar is individually wrapped for convenience and freshness — ideal for daily routines, travel, or active dogs on-the-go.
“We snack on nutrition and protein bars because they’re smart and convenient — now dogs can have their own version of that,” added Vazin.
Built for the Modern Dog Parent. Outperforming Projections.
Magic Bars mark a shift in what dog owners expect from treats: real nutrition, backed by science (PawCo exceeds AAFCO standards), with purposefully designed benefits. Early reviews praise the product’s clean ingredients, visible results, and convenience. PawCo has already sold through 2 varieties, outperforming Amazon projections.
What’s Next for PawCo?
- Magic Bars remaining varieties are available now on Amazon.
- Two new groundbreaking functional products are slated to launch later this year.

The Future Las Vegas Museum Of Art And City Of Las Vegas Present “Family Album,” An Exhibition Inaugurating The New Civic Center Art Gallery
The future Las Vegas Museum of Art (LVMA), in partnership with the city of Las Vegas, is proud to present Family Album, a contemporary art exhibition opening Thursday, Sept. 4, 2025, at the newly unveiled Las Vegas Civic Center Art Gallery, a part of the downtown Civic Center Building and Plaza. The gallery’s inaugural exhibition will be the first public-facing program from LVMA, the upcoming art museum founded by an exceptional public-private partnership to serve the city’s two million year-round residents, honoring and elevating the diverse cultural heritage of Las Vegas.
Family Album, organized by the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA), inaugurates the new plaza and Civic Center Art Gallery, a major investment by the city of Las Vegas in public space and cultural infrastructure. The exhibition and surrounding programming are a significant milestone in the city’s ongoing effort to center arts and culture in civic life.
“The city of Las Vegas is beyond excited to continue working with these incredible cultural institutions to bring works of art and exhibitions like Family Album to our residents and visitors,” said Mayor Shelley Berkley. “Las Vegas is a place where anything you can imagine can happen and we are looking forward to having new spaces like the Civic Center Art Gallery and the future Las Vegas Museum of Art to showcase our community’s cultures and art.”
“We are eager to grow this partnership with LACMA through Family Album, our first public exhibition,” said Heather Harmon, executive director of the Las Vegas Museum of Art. “This collaboration reflects our shared belief that museums are stronger when they work together, combining resources, expertise and a commitment to community.”
In Family Album, an intergenerational roster of artists examines the ways in which personal and collective histories are constructed through the visual language of family photographs. Addressing physical, political and emotional aspects of home, including segregation, displacement and belonging in today’s American neighborhoods, the artists draw directly from their personal archives in some instances, or in others reimagine the conventions of the family snapshot.
Artists in the exhibition include Laura Aguilar, Lyle Ashton Harris, Renee Cox, Delilah
Montoya, Consuelo Kanaga, Max Yavno, Carlee Fernandez, Chino Otsuka, Anthony
Hernandez, Sadie Barnette, Janna Ireland, Dannielle Bowman, Deborah Willis, Hank
Willis Thomas, Tony Cokes, Star Montana, Micaiah Carter, Tyler Mitchell, Zora J Murff,
and Sandra de la Loza.Drawing on the power of photography, a medium closely tied to memory, to summon the textures of daily life and the presence of loved ones, Family Album is a meditation on how community is recalled, represented and reimagined.
“The artists in the exhibition raise timely topics for audiences to consider today,” said Andy Song Associate Curator of Contemporary Art at LACMA Dhyandra Lawson. “I feel honored to share their work with Las Vegas audiences.”
Family Album was first presented at the museum’s Charles White Elementary School Gallery in Los Angeles as part of LACMA’s on-the-ground community engagement. The exhibition now travels to Las Vegas as part of a long-term institutional collaboration between LACMA and LVMA.

San Diego’s Best-Kept Secret? Kyle’s Organics Nutrition Bars Might Just Be It
As someone who constantly scans the grocery aisles and local makers’ markets for genuinely clean, flavor-packed snacks, I have to say—I think I’ve found a new favorite. Founded right here in San Diego by homechef-turned-food-innovator Kyle Stoulil, Kyle’s Organics is a local brand that’s quietly disrupting the snack bar world, and honestly? These bars deserve the spotlight.
Kyle’s journey started with a simple question: What if quinoa could do more? And that curiosity has turned into a line of nutrition bars that are shaking up the old “energy bar” formula—with zero fillers, zero flour, and all flavor.
The Bars: Flavor Meets Function
I recently had the chance to try all three flavors of Kyle’s quinoa + cashew nut-butter bars, and I’m not exaggerating when I say they might be the best bars I’ve ever tasted. Each one is organic, plant-based, and made with real ingredients. No weird aftertastes, no overly sweet coating masking mystery protein blends—just delicious, satisfying bites that actually feel like food.
Here’s the lineup:
🥜 Peanut + Cacao Nib Treat
A chocolate-peanut combo that hits like your favorite candy bar—but with less sugar and more substance. The texture is off the charts thanks to the crispy quinoa, and the cacao nibs add this subtle richness that makes it feel indulgent without the crash.🍒 Almond + Cherry Treat
This one caught me off guard in the best way. It’s sweet, salty, a bit tart—almost nostalgic if you grew up eating cherry-flavored granola bars, but so much more grown-up. It’s powered by real cashew butter and organic dried cherries, and it just works.🥄 Cashew + Quinoa Treat
The most minimal and perhaps the most versatile. Smooth cashew butter and the perfect crunch from quinoa make this a great all-around bar. I keep one in my bag at all times now—just 220 clean calories, and 7g of added sugar. It feels like the right kind of fuel whether I’m at an art market or just chasing toddler errands.A San Diego Original
There’s something especially rewarding about supporting a brand that’s not only local but also truly innovative. Kyle’s Organics isn’t just slapping a “natural” label on processed snacks. It’s a small company taking quinoa—something most people associate with salads or grain bowls—and reimagining it into crave-worthy snacks and even plant-based milk (yes, quinoa milk is coming soon—designed for coffee, no less!).
As someone who loves San Diego and supports minority and indie makers, I’m proud to say this is a local product I’ll keep recommending. Whether you’re an athlete, a busy mom, a snack minimalist, or someone just trying to eat smarter without sacrificing taste—these bars hit the mark.
You can grab them online at kylesorganics.com for $21.99 per box. Just be warned: once your kids try them, you’ll need to stock up.

Lifesmart® Sleep Oasis Floating Pillow
We just tried the Lifesmart® Sleep Oasis Floating Pillow from SCS Make Life Easy and here is what we thought! Just unboxing this big pillow was an experience in itself. We had to create a strategy on how to fill this thing up. First my husband did the air side with the pump but then I wanted to do the water first. The pillow was really heavy! Sleeping on it was really cool and trying both sides give you a waterbed experience.
This is not your ordinary pillow. Blending water, air, and AI-inspired design, the Sleep Oasis delivers a fully customizable, spa-like sleep experience unlike anything else on the market.
Why It’s a Game-Changer:
- Cooling Pillow Technology – Adjust the water level for instant cooling and personalized firmness. The built-in air system lets users fine-tune the height for ultimate comfort.
- AI Cradle Curve Design – A gentle gradient cradles the head, neck, and shoulders, helping to reduce tension and support spinal alignment.
- AI-Enchanted Lullabies – Simply scan the built-in QR code to access calming white noise and lullabies for deeper, more restorative sleep.
- Durable & Hypoallergenic – The machine-washable, sweat-resistant pillowcase is hypoallergenic and ideal for sensitive skin.

ABC Kids Expo 2025
Las Vegas, NV (June 3, 2025) ABC Kids Expo, the organizers of North America’s premier juvenile products gathering, just wrapped their 2025 show in Las Vegas, where thousands of new products from strollers to car seats to clothing and furniture, were featured. The ABC Kids Expo team scoured the floor to find the top trends in the industry.

“We continue to see companies both big and small stepping up their level of innovation,” said Aaron Pederson, President, All Baby & Child, ABC Kids Expo. “New products are solving problems, helping to streamline the day to day and overall making parenting a little easier.”
Top trends coming out of the show included:
-
Animal Prints are everywhere! From strollers to clothing to bottles to carriers, we’re seeing everything from leopard to zebra prints in a variety of colors.
-
Tech is becoming a bigger part of this world and we’re seeing Connected Home products emerging across multiple categories. New bassinets with built in tech options, sound machines that turn on when they sense your baby is crying and monitors that interpret a baby’s cry are just a few of the ways to make parenting a little easier.
-
Rust/desert colors are in, with a strong focus on deep reds, yellow, oranges and browns, as well as Western prints. From clothing to swaddles to pacifiers to strollers these colors were everywhere.
-
Longevity is more important than ever. We’re seeing strollers that turn into trikes that turn into scooters. Car seats that go from infant seat to booster seat. Even bottles that turn into sippy cups and pouch holders. Products are no longer one and done, they’re built to last.
-
Grandma chic is taking over the category. Checkered patterns on gliders, storage boxes for the playroom or long travel, even Liberty of London clothing patterns. It’s everything grandma loves made modern.
-
Travel products continue to evolve. From fold up strollers that fit in the overhead bin of an airplane to luggage that kids can ride on to FAA approved chillers for breast milk, travel has never been easier.
-
Licensed characters are here! Peanuts, Batman, World of Eric Carle, Disney, we’re seeing them all across multiple categories from wagons to strollers to clothing to feeding.
This year’s ABC Kids Expo tripled its footprint from last year and featured over 350 exhibitors at the sold-out Mandalay Bay Convention Center. The ABC Kids Expo is held yearly in Las Vegas, NV.
